Ordered a Dry House Special Rice Noodles, and it was pretty good. Their service was one of the worst, though. They didn't accept my check-in coupon because they said that those coupons could only be used on weekdays. If that's the case, they should have stated that on the coupon in the first place. They also rejected my credit card and asked me to pay with cash because THEY made some mistakes when taking my order, and the amount of money I had to pay was different from what was shown in the receipt.

I gave them my credit card they said it didn’t work and if I had cash. So I gave them cash and paid but then they also charged my card. When I found out I called them which they told me to go dis bill it. The bank contacted them and they NEVER replied. They charged me TWICE I lost over 170 dollars. The bill was 88 dollars and I TIPPED THEM too.

Noodles ok. Broth depends on luck. 30% of the time, I had pho ga with bad broth, sweet of sugar, no taste of bones. Maybe due to different cooks, new ownership, new management, take time to align operations.

Chicken is ok, vegetables is ok with basil and sprouts, lemon. I think it is still better than some pho restaurants in the area. Wait time is average. Waiters are attentive. OK for a quick meal.

Heavy populated area of SJ. Be aware of parking. You might have to park on the streets. Do not park in Taco Bell. Reserve your time ahead of time during rush hours.
