Jamba — Restaurant in San Jose

I recently tried the Blueberry Peanut Butter Bowl with Banana at Jamba Juice, and it was really delicious! The bowl has a great mix of flavors. The blueberries are sweet and tangy, while the peanut butter adds a creamy, nutty taste. The banana gives it a smooth sweetness that makes it even better.

The texture is fantastic. It’s thick and satisfying, almost like a smoothie you can eat with a spoon. The granola and other toppings add a nice crunch and extra flavor. However, the bowl is a bit pricey. With the addition of coconut whip, it costs $12. That might be a bit much for a snack or light meal.

On the plus side, the Jamba Juice store is very clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is nice, which makes the overall experience enjoyable. This place is a hit and miss, with more misses than hits. On some days I might get it the way I want it, but most days I do not. It might be too chunky or too thin or not chocolatey enough. I don't seem to have these problems at other Jamba Juice locations, too bad this is the closest one to me. I guess I'll just skip Jamba Juice from now on. :-(

EDIT: several months later - I go in and get served by grumpy Sam, who never smiled nor said one nice word, not even hi or hello. What a miserable place to visit. I'm taking away a star.

I recently read a review from less than week ago from another customer where all the staff greeted him, but not one staff member greeted me... I guess it's a hit and miss for being decent to another human being at this...

I began visiting this location, as my regular JJ spot. The staff in the morning update and later evening is great. Very social and polite. Always get my order correct and are just a pleasure to interact with. Granted the afternoon has a little more "hustle and bustle" feel and lose some of the great service but that is fine. Great location overall.

Update Their lack of ability to honor corporate policy and combine bogo's and $3 off coupons make me angry. Also their system seems to never work when I want to use the $3 off coupon by itself. One star until I can use both discounts, it's...
