Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in San Jose

Update 3/20/2025 I just came back for another visit and the experience just gets better and better here! Alonso was at the front and greeted us as soon as we entered. We asked for his opinion on some dishes and he was so helpful and polite and patient with us! The food here is amazing! I come here frequently and the service makes it even better! If you're in the area please come by and support this business! The restaurant is always clean and the ambience is great!

The service here was incredible! Alonso helped me out and made the experience amazing he definitely deserves a raise!!! He was super patient and helpful since it was our first time here! He went into explaining how everything at the restaurant is fresh and never frozen which was another bonus! The prices are reasonable and the food was AMAZING! It was so good we forgot to take photos of the bowls! Hence them being half empty! They give you a lot of meat in the bowls and don’t cheap out like...

I had a poor experience with the cashier.

I came in to pick up my Togo order as I ordered ahead of time.

Before I could even open my mouth she stated she had to prioritize the others trying to order their food.

Fine.

So I waited until she stated taking orders from people walking into the store. At that point I felt ignored and the customer service was plain nasty. I could tell there were more workers in the back just laughing away as if they aren’t on company time.

I’m sure this is the last time I’m ordering from this...

Been to multiple teriyaki madness and this one is by far the stingest I've seen i usually get high protein meals so i ordered a 2 protein plate which i paid 22 $ for it all i got was a small piece of salmon thats like 3 inches big and 4 pieces of orange chicken never have i ever gotten such a ridiculous portion never going back to this location again id rather drive 40 mins for another...
