In this time of hoarding toilet paper I have decided to keep to my New Year’s resolution and hoard more donuts. I called ahead to make sure they were open and placed an order for a dozen glazed, and six chocolate white cream filled donuts when I showed up there was one person ahead of me in line and of course I kept my 10 foot distance from him. The worker behind the calendar was cordial but really didn’t say much as I tried to engage in some small talk to lift his spirits. When I come to find out that they don’t have my order and we’re all sold out of this Easter donuts. They offered no explanation and no alternatives. I had to complain as to why they didn’t call me to let me know and I could avoided this trip. Come to realize, I’m not the only one. They had another similar order and that they needed to cancel on other client. Why take orders if your not going to do it and let client know before hand. Read moreI love the Krispy Kreme donuts which are fresh out of the oven. There is no such thing called Oven in this facility. So, there are no Fresh one's.
They just heat the prepared donuts, put some fresh sugar glaze and give it to you. I did not feel the crispy melting taste which would be the case of the fresh one's. I had been to Krispy Kremes large facilities in Roseville, CA and Lubbock, TX. There is a big difference between the fresh out of the oven donuts and the one's that are available here.
