Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Jose

This is the best Little Caesars Pizza you can get in the area HANDS-DOWN. Ever since I have tried this location, I have been showing all my friends this specific spot. I have since converted my entire family so now this is our go-to pizza take out. Their turnover rate for pizza is high so the ingredients are always fresh. There are lines out the door during peak time so order ahead and pick up from the heated pizza locker (order through the app).

The reason why this place is the best Little Caesar?

1. the store is clean
2. they are really efficient, they make orders ASAP or by the instructions on the order.
3. they are mindful of their oil use on their pizza (lift up the pizza and notice there is MINIMAL oil staining on the pizza cardboard box)
4. if purchased large orders ~$50-$100 before and I would easily do it again
5. when do you ever see this franchise with a rating of more than 4.0? NEVER. whoever runs this location...

If I can give this place zero I would. The lady at the counter was super rude, gave me the run around, their online order system F'd up and my code was never sent and or was wrong. How the F would I know what was ordered exactly and the name on it ? I am NEVER using your product again. THIS ONE location has lost me as a customer of your COMPANY for LIFE. What a Waste of my time. Very disrespectful to their costumers, they serve there food cold. Lack of flavor in product. Wasn’t worth the long wait I got my food cold I told the manager and he said “get out of my face”. That’s why I’m typing this. I’m will no longer be going to little Caesars pizza to be for filled with delicious cardboard pizza. Also the drinks are too pricey and expired, expired orange...

I've come here many times at this point. The service isn't always effective though. I had a mobile order be lost in the process and just forced to wait for 20 minutes after receiving emails that my pizza was ready. When I asked the cashier about it I was asked my name was on the screen, when I said it wasn't, I was told to wait until it was. 20 minutes later I'm asked again what my order was and they they said the had my order but didn't know where it came from. If they had listened to what I had said at the beginning, I'd have been in an out. Overall this single experience really soured my mood and I wish they cared remotely more than...
