Don't go here for breakfast. Horrible costumer service in the morning. I pulled up to the drive thru this morning to get my 1yr old some breakfast and my 2month old starts crying. I make my order. (pancake platter and a chocolate milk for my daughter, and a sausage mcmuffin for myself) Before I move up to the window, I ask to change the mcmuffin to a biscuit and the man on the speaker says to change it at the window. Moving up to the window, my 1yr old starts crying too. So with my now 2crying babies in the back, I get to the window and telling the guy "can I switch the mcmuffin to a biscuit?" And before I finish talking hes already nodding his head saying yeah then gives me my total. I pay and move to the next window. Im trying to wait patiently with my crying babies in the back seat, an indian lady at the second window hands me a regular milk. (An honest mistake) as frustated as I was wanting hurry up and get home to feed my kids I hand the milk back nicely and tell the Indian lady I ordered a chocolate milk. She looked irritated and got me a chocolate milk. Then hands me a bag of food and stands at the window starring at me. So, I told her I ordered pancakes and she tells me, no, it's not on my order. (Mind you I go there all the time for lunch and its way more busy then this time and if they ever make a mistake, theyre so quick to fix it. I usually dont have time to stop there for breakfast) So I look at my reciept and saw that the guy from the first window, who nodded his head before I finished saying what I wanted to change took off my daughters pancakes and put on an extra sandwich. The lady told me to pull up and wait. I asked if we could just fix it at the window real quick, and she tells me no. My kids are still screaming their heads off and I explain to her that I have crying babies in the car and if we could just do it there. She says no again. By this time im tired of keeping my cool irritated because its taking long and that because the guy at the first window didnt listen he messed up my order and now they wont fix it at the window. They want me to pull up and wait. I tell her they made the mistake and why cant I just fix it there because my babies are crying and I dont want to wait, that's why I went to the drive thru to be fast. She says she doesnt have a register there (that was a lie) and she cant because theres too many people behind me. I was so livid that yes I called her out her name as I was driving off. I drove back to the drive thru where there was NO LINE and tried to get my daughters pancakes AGAIN..and the guy that messed everything up in the first place told me they refuse to serve me because I called the lady out her name. What a nightmare. I will never go there for breakfast again. Such poor customer service. This all couldve been prevented if the guy taking the order didnt act like he knew everything and just listened; and if they would've just fixed that easy mistake at the window. Read moreVery unprofessional and RUDE. I went to drive thru today to order quarter pounder with bacon. The lady that was talking to me responded like she’s in a rush. “Just the quarter pounder? Please 1st window!” I was not done ordering yet and repeated my order and added sweet ice tea and mc flurry. When I was at the first window, it was a guy who took my payment. After I did my payment he didn't even give me the receipt and just he closed the window right away while talking to the other customer at the headset. So I went straight to the second window and there I assumed who took my order. She was having a chitchat with other crew (I believe she’s a supervisor or manager), and she didnt even bother to say “hi!” She was giving my food without looking at me and when, she did I didnt even know if i have everything, so I kust left and checked. Lastly, when I get home. The quarter pounder didnt have the bacon butbit has double cheese. I was expecting it was a meal too, but it didnt come with fries. Now I dont know if I paid the right amount because I dont have the receipt. It says on my bank statements the payment was $12.26. I will never come back to this Mcdo place ever again! Read moreso i love mcdonalds very much and never really had any problems with the workers but i dont know what happened with this lady ALMA(who wouldnt tell me her last name either)started giving me attitude and complaining tbat i was using too many coupons.i only actually asked to use one coupon which was you buy one premium sandwich get one free(offered on the mcdonalds app)for some reason every deal i pressed it would go straight to the bfast sandwich deal.so i guess ALMA the supervisor startes giving attitude and basically telling me to hurry up.i was go na let it go but she kept on with the attitude.i thought mcdonalds hired alot of nice people.ALMA must of slipped through the cracks or skipped the customer service class cause class is somethin she doesnt have.you guys should rehire or promote a new supervisor cuz all it takes is one bad apple and the tree falls apart.really disapointed with the service and the insults from the supervisor you guys hired.hopefully something is done about this because i dont remember ronald mcdonald halving a evil clown sister named ALMA.this was also through the...
