I made an online order for delivery. As, the order processed I received the notification that the charge for my order hit my credit card, then the website gave me a notification that my order failed and to call the location. I called to make sure my payment did process before calling the location. I then called the location. They were no help at all. Just simply stated they did not receive my order and it did not matter if I could show that that they processed my payment. No pizza and lost $63.00 in the process. Order an XL chicken and garlic delivered. Girl on the phone told me the wait was 1 hr and a half. Got my pizza 2 hours later. Then when eating pizza we got a sour taste from the chicken. By the time we ate the place was already closed and could not contact an employee. Called the morning after they found my order in their system but still requesting for a order number! Well I through out the food along with the receipt. And they are not trying to refund me for the pizza. I have been coming to this place now for almost 20 years and never had a issue. I have never had an issue with this location Round Table or for that matter any location but this last time I went to pick up my extra large all meat pizza, after only eating two slices I had to rush to the bathroom. For the rest of that afternoon and through almost the entire next day I had the runs. It sure felt like food poisoning. One of my friends came over and I mentioned what had happened and right away he says "yeah the cheese doesn't smell right bro" I thought about taking it back but that would've been way too much work so basically I just threw away almost $40.00 in the trash.
