Target — Local services in San Jose

I usually do drive up pickup with my children because it’s easier since I have two special needs boys. Well on Saturday morning on the 26th of November I decided to go in person with my 4 boys and husband. We went straight to the electronic department to look at the iPads that were on sale for my 7 year old special needs son. My husband and I were looking around for a team member to get help. We saw three young guys talking across from us and my husband started waving to get help. One of them was on shift because he had a radio on his hand. He just kept looking at us and didn’t bother to say anything. He has black hair and wears glasses. My husband was walking towards them and that’s when he said I’ll help you in a minute. The employee walked away and we didn’t see him since. We waited for about 15 minutes so we left. We were completely ignored and afterwards he saw us and didn’t bother to help or apologized. Today I was waiting for my wife a beauty supply store in the same complex so I looked into Target to look at the Nintendo Switch games(I really want one so I was doing some window shopping). When I was doing this I noticed that they had two new gaming laptops I'd never seen. I wanted to do more research from home so I took some pictures of the .Odell numbers on the top right corner above the key oard of the laptops. As I did so a very rude little man(loss preventions, I assume) came up and told me to leave. He said I was taking pictures of the security devices on the laptop! He wouldn't hear .e out or allow me to speak with a manager. I went to guest services and asked for a manager and I was told she is too busy and doesn't want to speak with me!! I was so I insulted and embarrassed! These are the photos that got me kicked out...

Would give zero stars if I could... I've never been denied the ability to speak to a manager! Completely...

Bad experience ... i have orederd some item online for in store pickup.

When i went there for store pickup they said they have only one available.

But online if was trying it was showin me 4 item are available.

We planned to cancle the item cause we wanted two of those not only one.

Dont know what happend all of sudden we planned to do some purchasing in the store by chance when we went to secotion of same item we were surprised to see that available.

Cause lady at store pikup and a guy was talking very rude and giving wrong information (mary)

When we got that item to the same section same lady had (mary) had different statement off as soon you went there they must have restocked only 4 items.

Such a waste lie.

@CAPITOLTARGET Please improve your in store target pickup team.

and request them not to waste people...
