My Milkshake — Restaurant in San Jose

The lady working right now at 3:20 pm i felt was very rude. I come here like 2-3 times a week and i have never had an experience like this here before. I was here last night. Anyways, She has helped me on previous occasions, and i feel she speaks with a low voice and very straight forward, not welcoming over all.. but i never cared till today…The milkshakes i got was very melted, much more than usual. I brought it up to her attention and asked her politely if it’s normal, because the shake is not for me, but it’s not the first time i get this shake here..She looked at me confused, then said“yea?” Then She told me that my drink probably melted because it’s been sitting there for a long time after she called my name..

There Was an order ahead of me and I didn’t hear her call my name. The shake was only there for two minutes max-i only waited like 3 mins!.. So She made it again.. and again it was like half watery.. so I just asked for a refund.. she told me they don't do refunds and offered to do it again.. i told her that I wasn’t trying to be rude at all so im not sure what is going on.. (i understand if someone if having a bad day or something)..so after telling her that I wasn’t trying to be rude, i felt she understood it was not personal because she said “its ok” more nicely .. the third time it came out right!! Except you couldn’t taste the kitkat anymore😂 because when she was remaking it, she kept throwing the shake back into the blender and adding more scoops then adding back what fits into the plastic cup..overall, she is so petty, i don't think she expected me to remain calm & not be rude. I have no reason to be rude to her. Im only coming back because I understand its not the business fault, or is she...

First we were introduced to custom sandwiches. Then came along kustom pizzas. Now the power to pick and choose just stepped up its game... CUSTOM MILKSHAKES and if it was still 2003 I would make a joke about my milkshake bringing boys to the yard. Sadly 2003 has come and gone so I will put it terms that humans speak nowadays #milkshake #foodporn #sogood

You first start off by selecting the flavor ice cream (vanilla or chocolate ice cream, soy ice cream and vanilla froyo) or either regular milk or almond milk and this is the part where things get interesting. You can incorporate an extensive variety of chocolates, fruits, candy and syrups into your milkshake. I would've went mad with power and produced my own bad boy but I had my eye on The Dark Knight. With the combination of dark chocolate and cheesecake perfectly intertwined in a cup, I'm pretty sure the milkshake gods would have been pleased. I must confess that the milkshake itself was a little runny (but still was delicious nonetheless) and service was a little slow but they just opened not that long ago. Give them a little time to work out the kinks and allow the business to mature and this business will be flawless!

Yes $6 for a 12oz milkshake is a little steep but living in California we pretty much find it acceptable to pay almost $5 for a small coffee, $3 for a single mini cupcake or even paying $12 for an all organic burger. So if you do not like those numbers I suggest going to McDonalds for a milkshake!

I was charged extra amount than what was on my receipt and was talked down to and insulted when I asked why.

I had an amazing experience my first time here and so I went back again. This time I made an order for a medium but I was charged for one small and one medium (even though the receipt was only for one medium). When I asked them about the charge, they asked to go to their Instagram page and talk to them to get my money back. When I asked them if they can do anything there about the charge, they were talking down and were disrespectful to me. Also, they purposefully delayed my friend's drink and made it bad (he ordered after me with me). I already filed a credit card dispute.

It is astonishing that they talk down to you for asking them why they charged you extra. And make my friend suffer.

Response to the owner: I never yelled at your employee. I asked them if they could look into it they said they cannot. All I did was ask them to call you. It's not nice to make up these things. Also, it is not nice to mess up my...
