Rosies and Posies Downtown Florist & Flower Delivery — Local services in San Jose

Extremely irritated with the service provided by this shop. I ordered some flowers for a friend who is recovering after having his wisdom teeth removed. He lives in an apartment complex and they left the flowers at the apartment leasing office on Saturday morning, but didnt call (I provided them with his phone number when I placed the order) to advise him that they were delivered. Admittedly, the apartment complex dropped the ball here as well. They should have called their resident.

When I called to inquire about the status of this issue, I was told that they would check their delivery records and call me back. They then called the person I ordered flowers for and asked if he could tell them "why" he "didnt recive the delivery?" With much back and forth, they advised him that the flowers were likely left at his apartment complex and to please retrieve them there. All well and good, but it's now Sunday and his apartment complex office is closed on Sunday. So the earliest my Saturday flowers will be seen or enjoyed is Monday.

When I get my call back from the shop, I simply get a person telling me that the flowers were left at the apartment complex office. No apology for the inconvenience. No explanation as to why they could call my recovering friend now to interrogate him about why he didnt receive the delivery, but not when the flowers were left at the apartment leasing office. I will not be ordering from Rosie...

It was LATE in the afternoon, and I needed a 'last minute' same-day delivery, for my sister, to thank you, for a 'special trip' that she did for me... I really wanted lovely flowers, JUST the way she'd love them! WELL-- I found this flower shop, here, and called... the man very VERY nice, informed, and willing to do THE best! I described what I wanted (as, I had no time to check through photos) and-- he (special thanks to Ruben) had them DO the most amazing, lovely flowers, and-- they came out JUST the way she wanted... they WENT by my 'description' only and UNDERSTOOD how to do it, without any photo-plan... It was there, for that same day! all done perfectly! I will USE them again, when and if, I can... thank you with ALL my heart! for me-- it was PERFECT and excellent, and prices were the same as all the usual, places (with options on sizes), plus it was a 15 per-cent, off special, at this time! Words cannot express how grateful I am for Rosies & Posies’s service. While searching for flowers to use for my engagement party, I stumbled upon a flower shop that specializes in dry flowers. Needless to say, their communication skills were awful. After three weeks of no response, I took my money elsewhere and called Rosies & Posies, as I’ve ordered from them in the past and have always been satisfied. Within 24 hours, Leah (I believe that was her name), was able to listen to me, inquire on the exact look I was going for, reassured me my order is possible, and sent me the invoice. As someone who is particular and detailed oriented, I asked if she can keep me updated with the process. And she really did! Throughout the weeks, she sent photos of the vases, sizes, and the flowers as the date approached. Having Rosies & Posies handle my engagement party flowers was one less thing for me to worry about.
