The 88 — Local services in San Jose

Beautiful building, great location within downtown. Terrible management. If there are any for sale units that you are considering, do not fall for it. I rented a unit in this building, and the management was nothing more than people who wanted their residences to be miserable. Any complaint regarding the building operations, security, or parking, is disregarded and penalized. One security guard is notorious for towing resident's cars and being rude to residents. Even with several complaints from multiple different residents, the management turned their nose away and had no desire to correct the situation.

All in all, if you want a building where the security guard purposefully tows a resident's car, management threatening legal action for no legitimate reason but only to scare the residents into submission, this is your place!
