It depends on when you go but there is a very real chance that you will wait an hour to get the worst Panda Express you've ever had. The workers are exhausted because they're SWARMED by people (not their fault). Usually this happens at lunch hour. One of the best kept secrets is that non students can eat here too. They don't care if you want to walk in from city hall to get some orange chicken, which is ususlly just as good as their many other locations. They don't have their teriyaki chicken here though. And lines get long at lunch time.
