The baristas here at this location do not know how to follow the customer's request. The person taking the order don't know how to write it correctly either. Even though I requested my drink and walked around and ask specifically for the barista to add extra cream in my drink the drink came out incorrectly. I ordered a KIDS vanilla creamer and my child burnt his tongue because he thought it was a temperature where he can drink right away which typically should be but again the barista at this location do not know how to follow the customer's request. And sadly he did not drink this milk before he got to school because it was way too hot! I don't even know why I bother to come here when I get really disappointed with what comes out of my requested order. It's no wonder why my child asked me to go to the Starbucks in Safeway across the way instead because they know how to follow your customer's requests and make the drinks correctly. Come on folks it's not that difficult, add a little syrup, the expresso shots, the milk and the whip and serve it with a smile. It's not that difficult. The staffs here are arrogant, unhappy, unfriendly and I will not be coming here again. Yes I am the pickiest person ever but not so picky either because if you make my drink correctly I don't have to go back and complain, complain to Starbucks directly and write a bad yelp review. All I ask for is that my six dollar drink to be made correctly the first time.
Oh...and the vanilla, cinnamon and chocolate shakers are MIA...when asked they said its hidden here cause people steal them...oh..so punish everyone cause one person...
Read moreI'm the type of person who will go to coffee shops to study and I've gone to many starbucks just to study. I've been to the one on Aborn, Mclaughlin, Silver Creek, the one near the capitol drive ins, and more. I like to establish a relationship with the baristas and based on the consistency, customer service, and the "study-ability" of the store is how I determine whether I will come back. I even would drive 15 minutes to another starbucks based on these characteristics of the store. And, I must say, even with finals week for high-schoolers I have been able to find a space to study every time. It can get quite busy, but usually the tables clear up. The workers take extra effort to interact with the customers and it seems like there is a community here. I can see some baristas remembering names of regulars and just the overall atmosphere feels very welcoming and friendly. All my visits at this Starbucks have been pleasant, and I just want to do a special shoutout to the staff and the management. A special shout out to : Sabrina, Francisco, and Ricardo, they are...
Read moreI went to this Starbucks on December 30, 2015 to return a coffee mug that I received for Christmas. The lady who assisted me was a dark haired lady with bangs, hair pulled up. She refused to offer a return, even with a gift receipt. I even said I would buy two smaller mugs that I liked better...she still refused. Gave me a hard time. The next day I went to another Starbucks on Capitol and Aborn and was able to return the mug with zero questions asked. So I called the other Starbucks that refused the return to tell them I was able to return it elsewhere..the manager I spoke with, Martha, said that it was a "new supervisor" they had. She acted surprised, said that they look alike, and that the supervisor's name is Paula. Really? They...
