How is this an Alaskan roll? The amount of salmon is ridiculous small, if I wanted a cucumber roll then I would be a happy camper but not. This was such a disappointment. Read moreI love sushi and finally found a hand roll place in San Jose, Uni hand roll bar. I got the combo, three hand rolls, seaweed salad and miso soup. For the rolls, I got Salmon Belly, lobster and blue crab. Since they were premium rolls, I had to pay a $1 extra for each roll. They were fresh seafood and very good. The portion was adequate, but not generous. The sides were good also, it’s just a little pricey.
