Cocina Selecta — Restaurant in San Juan

The experience started off correctly when they called me in advance to inform me the menu was different for my reservation due to Valentine’s Day so that I would not be surprised. They also asked me about dietary restrictions. I was seated promptly and greeted by my server Carlos. He was attentive, friendly and talked me through each course. I added the optional wine pairing which was planned out by the wine specialist of the house Michelle. She also makes her own wine “Flash” so I added an additional glass of that to my dinner. She brought it out with the course she felt it best suited. Each course was excellent and instead of a substitution they were able to make one course an identical vegetarian option due to my shellfish allergy. El servicio y la comunicación son excelentes. Tanto si deseas que te lleven la comida (Entrega) o Pickup que es que la recoge usted mismo en un local cocina selecta la calidad de la comida congelada es deliciosa.

Esta comida viene bien etiquetadas con instrucciones para su calentamiento y que la saborees de lujo. Yo estoy con Cocina Selecta desde marzo 25 de 2024 y he pedido desde sus menús Value , Premium, Especializado y Balanceados. Me han gustado mucho.

Para la gente que se quejan: Tengan cuidado al leer las reseñas de Google. Lea las de 3 estrellas o más. Segundo: Evalué su comida: si está congelada , déjela a temperatura ambiente por una hora si usted no tiene un microondas con opción Defrost . Si tienes opción Defrost en mi caso en mi microondas Panasonic Prestige he tenido que especificar descongelar por libra: yo he puesto entre 2 a 6 libras: por cada libra son 42 segundos así que sería mínimo 1 minuto y 20 s hasta 4 minutos si está súper congelada.Luego siga las instrucciones para calentar normal. Por experiencia propia he encontrado que son buenas aproximadas los tiempos y cada comida me queda precisa y buena para comer. Acabo de pedir lo siguiente- chicharrones de pollo arroz y habichuela y un cheesecake de guayaba.

Primero que todo el pollo estaba, no solamente crudo- frio- con sangre, no apto para consumo.

Segundo, no incluyeron las habichuelas.

Tercero - cambiaron el cheesecake por un flan que parecía un pequeño envase de vomito- consistencia prácticamente líquida. En fin, la peor experiencia “culinaria” de mi vida en Puerto Rico, lo que me entregaron fue un verdadero asco.

Por lo menos Uber me devolvió la totalidad de lo que me habían cobrado, luego de enviarle una foto de él asco de plato que me sirvieron.

Conclusion. JAMAS vuelvo a pedir de este “restaurante” y obviamente no se lo recomiendo a NADIE.
