Customer service: mediocre at best. Kinda rude in the welcome, even when you call ahead in order to reserve.
Once at the table, you can be ignored for 10 minutes easily before someone notices you and takes your order. Since we already knew that the service sucked, we ordered everything then and there (drinks, appetizers and main courses).
The wait for the appetizer, drinks and main courses was normal. Not fast, not too slow.
Food: very good.
But not once do they make sure that everything came out like ordered. We were just handed the plates and the person left. We have a child and had requested a separate plate for her when we ordered, we had to request it again.
Halfway through the main courses, our drinks ran out. We were thirsty, nobody was attentive to us. No employee gave us eye contact in over 10-15 minutes. We had to “interrupt” one of the employees and ask for more drinks and water. We ended up waiting another 5 minutes more for them.
After eating the main courses, we wanted to leave ASAP in order to get dessert elsewhere. We easily waited 10-15 minutes again with empty plates, empty glasses and no eye contact from any employee.
The things that get me is that this restaurant has many employees, they easily have 10-12 employees there for a place that only sits around 30-ish people. No one is attentive to the customers. Various times I could only make eye contact with one of the employees in the kitchen, but he immediately looked elsewhere.
Bottom line: very good food, little to none customer service. This review should be 2 and a half stars, but I’ll...
Read more[Update] FELLOW GRABBY CUSTOMERS Please refrain from taking utensils and other restaurant items from the store, Thats very messed up that a restaurant has to put such disclaimer. (If you trully need to get japanese or similar item and have a need for them go on ahead to the SHEIN APP or ALIEXPRESS APP. If you have the need for such items on the rush purchase them in ORIENTAL FOOD AND ARTS at CONDADO (search for it on google or ORIENTAL FOOD ANS MARKET (close to PLAZA LAS AMERICAS), LORD HAVE MERCY.
One if my favorite to go places. I love the ramen: My favorite dish is the niku suki (Meat lover) You can modify the dishes here.
Noodles are thin which helps blend making them tasty. •The broth is wholesome flavorful. •The meats (Chicken and pork) and scallions beautifully placed on the Menbachi (Bowl).
•Ajitsuke Tamago (Marinated ramen egg) is a great mix for any ramen dish.
Great variety of drinks.
A place to enjoy.
Very attentive staff (waiters) and excellent cooks. (Please don't forget to tip the waiters.) I always admired how they carry the hot bowls and keep them steady until they get on your table.
{To whoever complains that they are pricey, There is a lot of prep for all that you eat here and a lot of time that they take to make all this, Including after they close & before they open.}

Read moreI give it two stars for today's service because we have already come several times, but yesterday we arrived around 11am from Aguadilla and I see the place empty, I ask the host if we are the first customers and I, as excited and happy, get culeca as we say in Puerto Rico. I ask the host if I can record what he said about us being the first to arrive to eat delicious food but with that dry smile he told us that he didn't want to be recorded so what is the Host for? Yes, those of us who create content About places and foods, we want a good welcome greeting when we arrive at the place and since we were the first customers, and the host does not allow us to record a welcome greeting to the place? whatt?? Hated, it must not be a host, I give it 4 for the food because 5 stars are not enough. Yesterday they didn't add enough broth to the ramen and it doesn't finish cooking and you have to ask for it and say it. The waitress took us a plate without asking if we wanted to remove it from the table, something I told the other waiter. You can Google ramen and there are several and delicious ones. until...
