MACARENA — Restaurant in San Juan

Good facilities and nice atmosphere, but they charged me $30 for 2 cocktails, and they served them in a plastic cup, even though other drinks were served in glass. I have no problem paying, but if you're going to charge that much, then make it classy. Edited; 01-04-25 I am editing my review to respond to the owner's response: Thank you very much for responding to my review. However, the day I visited your place was a Saturday, not a Sunday. So, I can deduce that only certain types of cocktails are served in crystal glasses, no problem with that. On the other hand, I decided to give the place a second chance, but this time the mishap was at the entrance with the security man. The treatment was rude and threatening. I showed him my small crossbody bag, and I opened it without any problem, then I placed it over my chest area and up to my waist... then I raised my arms so he could continue with his security check with his metal detector device, and he said something to me that I didn't understand, and he came back again, but this time he said it to me yelling. What he told me was to lift my crossbody bag. I picked her up, but told him there was no need to yell, and he got upset and threatened me that he wouldn't let me in. Unpleasant incident, you should train this type of staff to be nice to people. My service...

I visited this venue 3 times with my husband. The venue is quite nice however, I was very disappointed to see female dancers at a gay club during our Saturday night visit. Additionally, I was charged 12 dollars to 2 Medalla beers and when I i nquired if I was overcharged the female server was very rude and unprofessional. What was quite noticeable was how diverse the patrons were as it relates to the age demographic. The selection of music should be reflective of this. I would rate my experience there as average. I am hopeful that reviews are seriously considered by the owner to make all customers experiences are...

Cute place. Great electric/ techno music. Better than expected. Love what they did. Girls in the front bar were ready to serve and very courteous. Guys in the back were also courteous but ok. Pool was dirty so i didn’t get my swimsuit. I ordered absolut and I was charged one price in the inner bar and another in the outer bar 🤷🏽‍♂️.
