McDonald's — Restaurant in San Leandro

Sitting in line as we speak 10:23pm It's been 10minutes as I am waiting right here at the intercom. After waiting, I decide to say "HELLO ANY ONE THERE" hoping someone on the speak would hear. Someone says, "can I help you?" I say " would you be able to tell me if the wait will be long because there is just one car behind me and I can get out of line?" Rather than let me know, she clicked over to the other intercom and says "can I help you" to the car to the left of me! I couldn't back up or get out of line at this point, and I was still at the intercom because the line hadn't moved. She returned to the intercom and said "are you rand ready to order " I replied " sure but can someone tell me what's going on? The line isn't moving.." she turns the intercom off. At this point I'm a little irritated because At one point I could have been able to get out of line by just asking the one car behind me to let me out, but by now the cats are piling up. So I finally make it to the window and I ask her why she couldn't let me know that what was going on so I could have gotten out of line? Was your behavior the most professional? It was very horrible i come here every here and there for my "kids" i have no idea how can they allow supervisors or anyone yell at costumers. Jasmine that lady is just a big mouth problem i got my 20piece nuggets they gave me bbq i dont eat that so i returned them and i asked her if i can get 2 ranch and 3 habanero she only gave me 2 ranch and 1 habanero not to mention she seemed to be bothered that i returned her the sauces , so then she ignored me i kept asking for habanero sauce i was completely ignored so she finally came back front i told her "excuse me i asked u for habanero sauce two times" she yells and says YOU HAVE TO WAIT with that grumpy attituded i told her u could have told me that before instead of ignoring me. She says for the 20piece is only 3sauce its extra for more i said thats fine charge me just give it to me. Honestly I had very poor service here. I had made a mobile order to be picked up. When I arrived and it was my turn I showed the person my order and the lady said I need a order number. And walked away. I had no order number though. Several times I tried explaining this to 3 different employees. All not helpful. I went through the drive through next hoping I'd have better luck picking up my order. Nope. Go back inside and ask to speak with the manager. She comes out of the back on her cell phone. Doesn't speak to me for a good 5 plus mins. Not until I start to get up set and tell her that this is absolutely ridiculous and I am calling corporate. Finley she looks at my phone and walks up to a bag on the back counter looks inside and hands me the bag. Saying no number sorry. THERE WAS NO DAMN ORDER NUMBER!!! REALLY.... MAN.
