I visited this Domino's for the first and last time. Walked in this afternoon to place an order. The girl that was making pizza's was yelling at someone on her cell phone. The guy behind the counter was actually very nice and professional. While he was taking my order, she was ranting in the background to her cell phone!. You'd think it would be over. NOPE! Then she started throwing bread to the floor because it broke while she tried to cut it. She is crying and sniffling during this visit as well. When ever the two guys that were there talked to her, she was loud, snapping, and rude to them. During this visit, several customers where calling in and canceling orders. I counted 4. I finally had to ask for a refund because I couldn't wait anymore. The guys were more than helpful and completely understood. The girl???? When she wasn't throwing food, wiping her nose and yelling at... whoever, she finally disappeared to the back room a few times and finally never came back. So.... where was the manager?????? I don't know, but I did have an issue with the fact that NO ONE wore plastic gloves, especially the.... pizza girl. Not sure how many tears, and sniffles made it into the food as she angrily threw sandwiches and pizza's together, but I lost my appetite and left. Moral of the story? Leave personal problems outside the job you work and don't answer your cell phone when you have a bunch of raw food in your hand. Where has that phone been???? Don't know, but I'd be very careful of this store. Felt really sorry for the two guys that were there. They were working their butts off while never raising their voice or being rude to the customers. They need a raise and the girl needs to go back to food service no-no's class. This was around 1:00pm Feb 26th, 2018. Would like to know who is managing this store or who owns it. This young lady is destroying...
Read moreI typically don’t write negative reviews as I think that every business has room for small mistakes before it becomes an actual issue. But after seeing the other reviews, I have decided to share my experience.
I ordered delivery at around 10 pm last night with proper instructions listed for the item to be dropped off at my door. Half an hour later, I return to my phone to see that I was getting 10+ calls back to back from the driver, so I pick up thinking he had questions about where my unit was (even though it’s one of the first buildings at my complex and nobody has had trouble delivering to me prior to this).
But no. He began screaming about how he had my order, and he questioned if I wanted to meet him by the mailboxes or at another location in my parking lot. I was confused, but I decided to meet him at the mailboxes. It took me less than five minutes to get there because I had to throw on proper clothes, and as I was walking to the mailboxes, I got a notification that it was delivered. I still went to the mailboxes because I didn’t believe that he had delivered it, but when I got there, he was literally ABOUT TO LEAVE with my order. He pushed it into my hands and didn’t even say a word, and then just left.
I felt bad at first for taking so long, but it was literally his job to just bring it to my door like pizza delivery drivers TYPICALLY do. I’d never order via delivery again.
To add, the dough for half of the pizza was undercooked so half of it had to be tossed. I didn’t bother contacting the store since as we can see from previous reviews, they wouldn’t...
Read moreOk, i am a very frequent dominoes buyer. I go to many different locations, get it delivered at my home and at work! Always great service....but this day, in SLO (im from san diego. Just got court stuff in slo) i went to one of the best dominoes ever! I ordered online cause modern time. I was at amtrak station about to go back to san diego after another stress filled court day, so i decided to cheer myself up with not just food...but pizza. And yea, there were other pizza places along the way, bu i only had the money i had, so dominoes would do. I toom the bus over, arrived to the door exhausted, but the gentleman that saw me come in almost greeted me like when i visiy friends after so long! He was happy, courteous, knew how to pronounce my name! (Its another story) him and his coworker were quick to find my order and even offer to get me a colder soda because they just replenished the ones in the cooler that i got. I was soo shocked with not just the customer service, but the humanity that those workers gave me. They were noy a business at that moment. They were getting their new friend his long awaited meal! I walked back to the bus, sneaking a slice, and even looked back to make sure it was a dominoes i went into. I wish i knew the gemntleman and his coworker's name, because they deserve acknowledgement. Thank you for making me forget my stress and enjoy my meal. Keep it up...and i...
