CHOO-CHOO!!! NEXT STOP, MEAT CITY!!!
Thought Arby’s was among the ranks of cigarette smoke-tinged Denny’s and Long John Silvers before my visit to the big red hat in the sky south of downtown along I-35. Oh, how sorely mistaken I was.
A god among men as far as variety is concerned; meaty combinations beyond imagination. You ever see a sandwich with 8 meats on it? Me either, until now!!! Infinitely better than Chick-Fil-A across the street, whose only fare is overhyped and mediocre chicken tenders. You can purchase a quality, delicious and filling meal for under $5 which is nice.
Was treated as an honored guest by the staff who run that beautiful meat house. Food was brought to me as if it was a genuine dine-in restaurant rather than a fast-food chain. Suspiciously clean, as if they’re hiding something... probably well-fed orphans and scholarship funds for underprivileged youth, or some other act of good will, god bless them. Will be inviting them to eat at my own table...
Read moreI got an email from Arby’s offering $2 roast beef sandwich and $3 French dip. I ordered at the drive thru and showed the email offer at the window. After much back and forth with the cashier, another team member came to the window and very rudely said that the offer is only good if I had ordered online. I did try to order online in the parking lot but it didn’t work. I was told that was the price if I use the app, order online and then pick up. He continued to be dismissive and even if I asked if he could honor the price because I tried ordering online, he said no. I ended up canceling my whole order and went next door to Jack in the Box. Imagine my surprise when I went back to the Arby’s website for the store and saw that it’s not that the app didn’t work, but that this store doesn’t accept online/app orders! Wow thanks to the team member for being a liar in addition to being rude. Seriously you lost not only todays order but I won’t be back and neither...
Read moreBecause of the good reviews I decided to give it a try. The first time I went in it had a bad smell. I stood at the counter for a few minutes no one acknowledged me or asked to take my order so I left. A couple of months later I tried it again. This time someone came to the counter and took my order. I dined in food was good and all was well. A few week later I walked in and there was a bad smell again and same experience as the first time. I stood there for some time and no one would come to counter and take my order so l left. Both times this happened there were employees working in back and they saw me standing there but totally ignored me. I recently moved from the Austin/San Marco's area to Greenville S.C. The owner of this San Marco's Arbys should visit the Arbys there and get a lesson in...
