Super bad service just went in to get ice cream for the family I asked for 3 like it, 1 love it, the guy working there gave me a love it, in a size of a like it I told him ok so i asked for a love it, I am guessing you're going to charge me for a all like it size he said I'm sorry let me fix it, gets some of the coffee ice cream and tops it off mind you I asked for the coffee lovers it comes with mix ins, so I say ok whatever, tells me the total takes my card and tells me have a good day I said I don't need to sign, he said no, so I asked can I get. receipt he tells me no our machine doesn't print out receipts... so much for waitting in line to get a...

This place is usually ok, they never have enough people working and they always take for ever! Today was the worst experience ever. Stoped by to get a couple of smoothies, big mistake! The person doing my order seemed like he didn’t even work there, no uniform no greeting. Then they were out of cups, lids and didn’t even hand me a straw. When I asked for a different lid another girl comes from the back and just says that’s all we have and turns around. I asked to at least poke a hole on the lid to accommodate my 2 year old and she just stabbed it with a knife and threw it on the counter! Worst...

Visiting from South Africa, Cold Stone is my treat. Unfortunately there was only one person serving which is not ideal with people waiting. She did a great job but was a bit rushed and didn't mix everything properly. But... Cold Stone will stay my personal treat 😊

UPDATE : It is clear that management has no intention of doing anything about this. They only reply on the reviews to give the impression that they care. It is all a front to keep face to the public. I replied to the email address provided and haven’t heard...
