EDIT: so heartbroken to say after how much I praised the customer service of this place, I received unnecessarily cruel treatment from the young man with short curly hair who worked on Sunday, April 23rd around 2:45pm. As soon as I tried to order, everything felt like an insult to him; asking for tater tots was met with “I’m not doing anything fried.”, asking for a smoothie was met with “I’m not doing smoothies”— which is fine! Y’all have a very wide menu and if not all the staff do it all, it’s okay, but the aggression was so unnecessary. The card payment didnt work, so to be sure I paid him, I told him over the glass counter “Hey man, the card isnt working- can we pay you in cash?”. To which he stormed over, aggressively took the reader back to slam it down and started telling me how I ruined the burger, how all the cooking is extremely time sensitive and if it doesn’t come out tasting as good he doesn’t know what to tell me. I tried so hard to be enthusiastic and patient about everything that seemed to inconvenience him but to be told I ruined the food for trying to ensure I paid him correctly was so ridiculously mean and disheartening. The burger came out shortly after and was very pink and undercooked for the majority of the way through. I work in food service too, man, I really was trying to let you know tonally I wasn’t pressuring you nor trying to make your job hard. So confused as to why this had to happen...

We went in for Mac n cheese and tater tots. We were told it would be 10-15 minutes. So we agreed to wait. The entire time this guy was on the phone to who we assumed is his boss, because he kept saying, "yes, sir". He never washed his hands or wore gloves, never put his phone down. He left ppl standing at the counter for over 15 minutes. 45 minutes after we ordered he comes out with two Styrofoam containers half the size of the standard cardboard boxes they normally had. Get home to find fries NOT tots and no liners in the containers. My son is going to return it tomorrow for a refund. We will not return to this place. We tried calling but the voice-mail box is full. I'm sure of complaints. I told the guy tots at the register TWICE and once at the 42 minute mark again and he still got it wrong. If that was his boss on the phone, HIRE SOME EFFING HELP AND GET OFF THE PHONE! Maybe your guy could get something done. You don't put hot food on Styrofoam because it leaches chemicals into the food. You should have asked if that was OK DURING the order. My wife and I went for breakfast today for the 2nd time...well...kinda. The 1st time was a while back, and we stood around for a while with no one ever adressing/serving us. I got frustrated and left. I'm not holding this against them since reading some previous reviews, and they seem to have corrected this issue.

Today, we ordered breakfast tacos and a breakfast kolache. The employee heated up the kolache for us immediately, and it was very good. The tacos took a little while, but they were extremely fresh and delicious. I have no issue waiting for quality food. The tacos were a little "over full." I would have rathered they be more manageable with slightly less filling....for young college students I'm sure they are just the right size 😃.
