Seafood Gem! Cajun inspired comfort food! Single food truck located on busy FM1626 just south of Austin in Buda. There's not much to look at (yet as Adam has a big vision), but looking at the food gets the saliva flowing! For dinner I ordered a pound of mild shrimp (Adam says the hot approaches 5 alarm spicy) with all the fixings added (potato, corn ear, and sliced sausage), and an order of fresh boiled crawdads (BTW they are not fish), two orders of seafood deviled fried egg (one each topping version), and large order of fries (with light Cajun spice dusting). My favorite was the fried Deviled eggs with the mild Cajun sauce (think a Cajun version of Chick-fil-A fry sauce). The seafood deviled fried egg was a perfect appetizer for the shrimp and crawdads! I greatly look forward to going back to try the Gumbo (Adam was out of it for my Saturday dinner order).

Absolutely PHENOMENAL food. I was born in New Orleans and grew up in Houston, so I’ve had my fair share of Cajun food. Believe me when I say, this is hands down the best, most flavorful seafood boil (snow crab and shrimp) I’ve ever had. Wish we had found out about this sooner (before tonight), because we would have been coming here weekly. Do yourself a favor and go here NOW!! The Owner is also super nice and deserves his food to be tasted by the masses. Kudos all around, 10/10 would recommend.

After living here for 6 months I finally discovered this seafood spot, and I gotta say I was not disappointed. So I ordered the Lone Wolf, and it sure did live up to the promising smell. Crawfish were not tiny whatsoever and the shrimp were very good and juicy, and most of all that seasoning was amazing. Filled with tons of flavor! Talked with Adam and the dude is holding it down serving up this good stuff!! If you are ever in San Marcos, y’all must check this place out!

True story… I was asked three times this week if I liked seafood and I replied three times YES.. but what I didn’t know until i came here , was that I actually love seafood and I mean that for real

first off Devil’s Eggs which probably isn’t your first item that pops in ur head when thinking of seafood…. This is a MUST you have you have you have to try this and you will thank me. So I’ll just tell you now “ you’re welcome”

This is an awesome place and the chef Adam is a. amazing guy. His heart is in what he does. You can see it, you can taste it. You can feel it.

This place is special and i recommend this to be on everyone’s top to do list of places to go when trying to find new places to visit and explore…. You’re welcome!

And sincerely thank you Long Bois for the amazing food and fun...

Had the pleasure of trying out Long Boi’s and all I have to say is if you’re thinking of trying it, DO IT. You will not be disappointed. The fried deviled eggs were my personal favorite. I’m very picky about my DE and these blew me away from the first bite. We mixed the mild and medium seasoning and I have to say I don’t think I’ll ever order it differently. Explosions of flavor with each bite. I was surprised with the of the size of everything in the boil, some places I have tried use small shrimp/crawdads(and potatoes) but Long Boi’s does NOT skimp! We had so much boil left over that two people couldn’t finish, and got to share with...
