Any and all of the hamburgers regardless of # of patties and cheese or not are always great, especially when you have it "raked through the garden" ie. lettuce, tomato and RAW onion + their "secret sauce". I think that one thing I also really like is that the buns are toasted and it's great to have that little crunch in every bite. Their shakes are definitely superior to Mc'Donald's, Whataburger, and all fast food comers ... they have the most real flavor that you can find anywhere .... chocolate is chocolate, strawberry is very strawberry, and vanilla is vanilla ... and the right consistency every time. I can tell you that if the people that are with me want a Whataburger instead for whatever reason and we do their drive-thru and Inn'n Out is relatively near by I tell everyone to not get a shake there since I'm gonna buy the shakes at In-N-Out. It's a good investment on my part because thereafter they are all happy to buy for me .... yuk, yuk. I do have to note that I've never been overwhelmed by their French Fries but that's a matter of personal tastes. The dining area and the kitchen area were spotlessly clean and kept that way continuously. (I don't know about the bathrooms but I hope that they pay attention to them the same way -- it counts BIG Time) . The outside parking lot was also very clean without trash, cigarette butts, and even oil spots so that mean to me that they also pay attention to it also. I have have been going to In-N-Out for 40 years since the days of their having bumper stickers that a lot of people would have on their cars ... yeah you who remember know what many did with those "In--N-Out Burgers" stickers by cutting out some of the letters --...
Read moreI travel with my -just landed from México- brother, wife and daughter from Houston just to eat the greatest burger ever......... WROOOOOONG, the problems began since we put the order. At the time to pay for 3 combo meals, one sandwich and one Strawberry Shake".... my brother saw a delicious fries. We ask the cashier "what is that?" "those are the Animal Fries", "can I upgrade one of my combo to one Animal Fries?", "yes you can.... $2.20 please" (because I paid already for my first order), then I immediately realize that she didn't upgrade the order, she just charge for a separate fries, then she's just give me my first ticket and I asked her for the second one AND she decide to tell me "you don't need your ticket" whaaaaaaat? how does she knows that I don't need my ticket, after insist for a few time another -no gentle- guy came and she told him that I was asking for my $.99¢ ticket and I told the guy that my ticket was for $2.20 not $.99¢. Ok finally I got the second ticket. The order took like if I would ask burguers for a full futbol team. When my turn finally arrive they just give me TWO fries, one regular and one animal, then I have to ask for the other two but NO, they just give one more THEN I realize that they miss my wife's shake TOO and I had to remember her about too.
I think the owner of this franchise should send the whole staff to work for Chick-Fil-A restaurante at least for a month so they can learn honesty and how to treat their customer. I am pretty disappointing with the service of In-N-Out specially in this location I won't back ever.
Wish I could give less...
Read moreOh my gosh. I’ve tried In-N-Out a few times in the town over with a friend in the past, but always got the burger as it would normally come.
Lately I’m on a weight loss journey and I’ve been wanting to cut out French fries all together, but find myself getting them because the price of food without fries ends up being just as expensive if you add a drink and entree.
I saw people on YouTube going to In-N-Out for their protein style burger that I had no idea existed.
Every time I’ve tried getting a burger wrapped in lettuce it’d looks so pitiful and wimpy. Not filling at all. I just gave up on getting lettuce wrapped burgers.
(I travel a LOT so I’m eating out CONSTANTLY so this is why it’s so important for me to be able to have options to cut calories out of my diet)
I finally thought about In-N-Out today, as I only ever go with my friend when they suggest it, and I was not disappointed. I’d have to say my experience this time was far better.
This burger was so filling and satisfying , visually pleasing to the hungry eye, that I didn’t even regret not having a side to eat.
I got the Double Double Protein style, and I’d recommend only getting it that way if you’re going to wrap in lettuce so you get full easier.
I’ve gotta say, I didn’t even know their burgers tasted so good until I got it prepared without the bun. No regrets.
I’m also extremely happy with the price of the burgers too. Less than 7$ compared to going to Wendy’s or other fast food places…
Thank...
