Went there for lunch on 3/20/24 and had placed an order on the mobile app for a footlong coney with jalapeños added and a drink. Waited a bit for my order which was okay, got notified after about 10 minutes my order was on its way. Sat there for another 10 minutes waiting for my order ( because I know sometimes they will put that but will still be in the process of making it) and then finally decided to hit the call button to see if my order was actually on the way since my lunch break was about to end. The lady asked for my name twice and then asked if I had made the order online or physically at the store. Let her know that I made it on the mobile app, and she told me that my order was just getting finished up and would be on the way, so I sat and waited another 5 minutes. Ended up getting my order past my break time, so I wasn’t able to eat it until when I got out of work only to discover they didn’t even add my jalapeños which I was still indeed charged for granted it’s $0.89 but it still sucks.
My main issue is the no jalapeños and then saying my order was on its way and then getting it 15...

The woman who took my order over the intercom was great and friendly, but when the food was delivered, I was not greeted with a hello, nor was the order reviewed with me before handing over the food. The girl just looked at the bag and then basically shoved it towards me and just said "here". As I placed the food and drink down she was already walking away without asking me if I needed anything for my popcorn chicken or even just a mint like all Sonic employees have asked me in the past. I had to poke my head out of the car and try to get her attention to request some ketchup. When I politely asked if I could get some ketchup, she responded with "sure" and never returned. I sat there for 12 more minutes, thinking maybe it was just busy for her and she would eventually return with some ketchup after delivering others' orders, but I never saw her again. I completely understand that people can have a bad day, but she was just outright rude and that was unacceptable. Would recommend going to the other location next to Target and Academy, they have outstanding customer...
Read morei’m a customer that often goes to sonic and also a doordash driver. i understand that sonic workers usually aren’t gonna care about their jobs but this was just insane. I had a doordash order here and decided to order for myself as well. they brought me my drink in 5 minutes then 20 min later they come back out again with my same order that they gave me 20 minutes ago, how is that even possible? idk lol. then i asked how long was on the order and said the customer was going to cancel the order if it isn’t brought out soon (the customer did say this and understably so since it was 20 min past the pickup time) The worker proceeded to say “I don’t care i get paid either way”. This coming out of a customer service workers mouth is actually insane, they should at least be apologetic about the fact that they are 20-30 minutes late with an order. It was a 25-35 year old hispanic or middle eastern guy and this happened...
