Starbucks — Restaurant in San Marcos

I love my Starbucks in Bastrop. The staff are super friendly. They work very expeditiously to get your drinks quickly and correctly. The menu is fantastic, always a variety and always fresh. The restaurant lobby is always very clean and neat and always smells amazing. They have a lovely assortment of purchasable items and coffees. The only thing I'd love to see in this establishment or any other Starbucks, is the recycling of the coffee offered to customers. I went to the Starbucks in San Juan Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 and they had recycled coffee in packages for free for the customers that would like to have it. The coffee is great for the garden. Sunday 6:05 PM. I asked nicely employee regarding the restroom needining cleaning It was out of paper unflushed with wet muddy floors.. wasn't even busy either. Employee Blonde girl went in with attitude when I told her, she flushed toilet, brought a new paper roll from the backand told Lady Ahead of me to go a head. Other lady waiting in line ahead of me didn't budge and still wouldn't go in. I told her it needed cleaning staff said very proudly we don't clean it till end of the night. I told her "well ..no wonder is super filthy how gross" turned around and left. Bad service. Worst Starbucks experience EVER. Lost...

My husband and I have been traveling around this country for the past year and a 1/2 and this was the worst customer service I ever received at a Starbucks. 1st I walked in to go to the restroom and there's no toilet paper! So I stepped out and tell the girl behind the counter that they need toilet paper. I then walk over to the other lady who wouldn't serve me any coffee because she said the person getting the toilet paper is the only person in the store that could ring me up.
