Read moreSan Marcos Premium Outlets is absolutely worth the trip from Houston — and I say that as someone who’s done the drive and will gladly do it again. If you’re into fashion, sneakers, or just love a good deal, this place is a shopping paradise.
The selection of designer stores is impressive — everything from Gucci and Prada to Burberry and Saint Laurent, and the deals are often way better than what you’ll find online or in the city. I’ve found some serious steals on quality pieces that would normally be out of my budget.
And it’s not just high-end labels — the Nike store alone is worth the drive. They often have deep discounts, rare finds, and a huge selection. You’ll also find stores like Adidas, Coach, Levi’s, and more, all offering great outlet pricing that actually feels like a bargain.
The outlet itself is huge but easy to navigate, and there’s plenty of parking. It’s a great spot to make a day out of — whether you’re solo or with friends or family. Just make sure to wear comfy shoes and bring a little patience for the crowds on weekends.
All in all, I definitely recommend it — whether you’re hunting for designer pieces or just trying to refresh your wardrobe without emptying your wallet, San Marcos Premium...
Read moreI was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received at the Samsonite Store today. My husband purchased me a new backpack for my birthday. The salesman said it was new line with fasteners similar to Velcro but better when we purchased it on Dec 5th for $97.00. I took the backpack to Europe and the top would not stick down. Imagine traveling with a defective backpack and how frustrating it was!
Today, I took it back to the store to exchange it for another product. I didn't go there thinking this would be a battle. I didn't ask for my money back, I just wanted a new backpack that was not defective. I did not have the ORGINAL receipt so she would not help me. I did however print my credit card receipt that had date of purchase, price, and store location. If she really wanted to help she could have! The manager at that store was so rude! Both the salesman and manager could tell the sticky strip didn't work. A manager should not raise their voice to a customer! What happened to service oriented managers that took pride in helping the customer. I've never experienced such poor customer service at a retail store as I did today. It's not my fault they sold a...
