Michael Kors Outlet — Local services in San Marcos

First off let me say….I read the negative reviews about this location and I still decided to give it a shot. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone not a smile, a wave, welcome to Michael Kors nothing….I proceeded to walk around and passed several employees in the process, all whom proceeded to act like they were not aware there were customers in the building. I found a wallet and took it to the checkout only to be standing there for 10 minutes, I stopped one employee coming from the back and asked her if there was a cashier available and she says oh yea let me call somebody and continues walking away! So another 10 minutes later here comes the cashier and she asks if anybody helped me? Now why are we asking people that question knowing good and well our employees are not implementing customer service basics like a simple greeting? I told her no I was not helped and then proceeded to ask for a manager and let them know that behavior is unacceptable. I think it’s safe to say I will not be back to...

Very disappointed with employees , went for last minute gifts the week after black friday , was never greeted upon entry , never asked if we needed any help and they profiled which customers they target. There were 3 workers just standing there and talking and looking at us weird .They lost a big sale and a few customers that night . I would not recommend this location to any potential customers, After we walked out of the store an employee walks in and my little niece said hi to her to be friendly and she never responded back , very rude. As we were standing outside in front of the store, another family group went in and they where approached and greeted. Yes very evident you cant go in there with ure after work clothes you might not get acknowledged. There are many other MK stores that have better customer service . I will be reporting this to upper management as this need to be addressed and need improvement...

First time shopping at this Michael Kors Store but definitely the last time . Horrible customer service but the excuse as per the GM was because they were short staff and they had just opened up again . First of all they had many associates at the store and the store wasn’t busy. I waited in line with my large order and the only female associate at the register just looked at me (because I had a larger order) and then I over hear her tell a passing male coworker I’m going to lunch at 2pm mind you I could hear her. So I waited so they could bring another associate to assist us. Then we got a new male associate to help us check out . Well he really put the icing on the cake , every time he would grab a bag to ring up he would just rub the new purses on the counter, I guess to scan the sensors but with no cares of the purses being scratched.
