
7/8/23: Was not immediately greeted at the door. There was 2 associates standing right by the door but they walked away when they saw me and I know I made eye contact with one of them and smiled. Makes me feel like they only cater to certain people who look like they're going to buy a lot and say their name when asked "did anyone help you today?" at the register...People who came in after me were greeted from several feet away "WELCOME IN" but I was not. I liked a pair of sandals and asked an associate who was the only associate standing in the section for a size to be immediately told "We will let you know if we have that size when someone else frees up." So I go run after someone and ask for a size and as she's looking in her handheld, another customer comes up and asks her something so she stops looking for my size and walks the other customer to the item and comes back a few minutes later to tell me they did not have the size. At least she could have had the decency to tell her other customer "give me just a moment." OR told me "I'll be right back."...Anyways, I forgot to look for an item since I was mad at the service I got. When I walked back in the store after a few hours holding an expensive shopping bag from a luxury designer, I was immediately greeted by 2 people and FOLLOWED. Associates here need to stop judging customers. Not everyone dresses up nicely to go shop at an outlet mall in 100+ degree weather...
   Read moreI recently had a bad experience with this location and the manager on duty. I purchased a Wallet/purse on 12/28 and on 01/19/2020 I contacted the store to confirm the exchange policy since the EXCHANGE policy was not clear on the back of the receipt. As it states that a refund would be given within 14 days, I thought an exchange on an unused item with tags still attached and a receipt (not a Final Sale) would suffice. When I called and spoke with the manager after speaking to sales rep, Al Gomez would barely listen as he was speaking over me and I kept assuring him the item was not used and still brand new with tags. I also wanted to exchange for a larger higher priced item. He then said the Exchange policy was at 'Managers Discretion' and to send him a picture of the item. After I sent a picture I did not hear back. I think if Al may have reviewed my account, he would have noticed that I have been in this store numerous times and provided quite a bit of business. I was VERY displeased at the lack of customer service and the arrogance Al displayed while speaking to a valued customer. I will be sure to contact the corporate office...
   Read moreI've been there for a birthday shopping and JESSICA PADILLA who works there was very welcoming and was an example for a perfect future manager! The way she assisted me and the time she gave me and her great knowledge and patience were unbelievable! She was very communicative, gives you great ideas, very cheerful and does her best to make a successful win win situation for both the store and the costumer. She would ask the right questions to help me pick up something for my wife and even with her stuff she was very able to make whatever I ask for takes a second to happen. A great Team leader and a very respectful lady. Even all the stuff were nice and you can see them as a family. Also, the lady that works at the cashier register was very helpful and patient and she would do her best to satisfy the costumers requests. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK THERE even to live that great experience again and I highly recommend this store for whoever wants something of a great quality and reasonable price.
