Management is full of stereotyping and disrespect towards men of color. Won't be going back after this. I am not the type to go there but when you see the demeanor change and a lack of care to assist knowing the manager could help was just crazy. I had an issue where I deleted the 25% off text off my phone and showed them I had an account and they made no effort to assist knowing full and well they could find a way to honor it considered I had the proof! The lady's name was Nicole I believe. The other tall hispanic upper Management was dismissive and didn't even acknowledge my presence! It's the culture they have of not greeting "certain" people in a customer service lane that disgusts me!    Read moreI bought a shirt from these guys and wore it once. I washed it and it shrank and the collar was mishapen. It was washed in cold water and shouldn't have shrunk. I asked to return it and exchange it for a larger size in case it shrinks again. They wouldn't let me size up. So I asked for a refund. They said no since I didn't have a paper receipt even though I had my debit card from my bank which I used to buy it a week ago and which they could have easily looked up. I brought it back in it's original Ralph Lauren bag. So, I exchanged it for another shirt of the same size. This is a $66 shirt and a reputable store would have been more accomodating, especially since I had to drive 80 miles round trip to exhange a shirt that shouldn't have shrunk and had a defectve collar. customer service: 10/10. The manager is a young woman named âJenniferâ, and she HELPED ME OUT SO MUCH. She helped me secure a last-minute Christmas gift for my daughter. I called the store, explaining that I needed a green dress and that I wouldn't arrive at the store until 10 minutes after they closed, and begged if they would be able to serve me. She said, "no problem", picked out multiple different green dresses in my daughter's size, and had them ready for me to pick thru when I arrived. I was in-and-out in less than 10 minutes, 5 MINUTES AFTER THEY CLOSED. and as a result, I was able to give my daughter a dress that she loves. JENNIFER, THANK YOU SO MUCH.
