On Saturday I went to the coach outlet store in San Marcos. I had received an email about a sale that said it was good in stores. When I arrived I was given a flyer with a different sale. I asked about my email and was told it was online only. I pointed out that it said in store and online and was then told it was expired and ended the day before. I showed them that the sale ended January 2nd. The two girls that kept giving me excuse after excuse then said that only the instore flyer would work and then turned their backs on me and ignored me standing there with my phone. Upset I still walked around the store seeing if the purse I wanted was even there. I found it and the price online was cheaper. I asked another girl about why there was a price difference and why my email offer wasn't any good. Again I was told it was a sale offered online only despite what the email said and then that it was an expired offer. I asked for a manager and got a lead of some sort. After going through the entire song and dance again I point blank asked if they would honor the online price or if would have to order it online. This person took the bags from my hands and physically placed them back on the shelf and said I'd have to buy them online then. Never have I ever had this bad of an experience at any store ever. I left your store in tears and cried as I walked out to my car. I called my sister who was appalled and she helped calm me down. I have already unsubscribed from all of the emails and unfollowed coach on social media. I will not ever purchase another one of your bags because of the staff at this store and the managers overseeing this store should be made aware of it. Read moreI’m done with Coach!! Their service it’s the worse! I did an exchange, the purse I wanted was only available online on the color I wanted. So I decided to have the store order it for me. The price they saw online was the same as the purse I was returning so it was an even exchange… well four hours later, I get an email with an e-gift card for the same amount I paid for the purse. I check online to see if the purse was out of stock, it wasn’t. I decided to call customer service to find out why I was getting this e-gift card. I was told that it was showing out of stock and the website was being updated. That was a lie!!! The reason why I got it, was because they updated the price to $133 from $129 (which was what I paid). The reason I’m upset was because someone could have called me to let me know about the price difference and let me decide if I wanted to pay it instead of automatically issuing this stupid e-gift card!! She was so sweet helping me find a tabby bag but sadly they did not have the strap that I was looking for to go with the bag so I’ll come back later for it. The reason why deducted three stars and probably would have done only one star or zero stars was for the girl at the cash register being so disrespectful and rude as my friend was checking out she kept giving us a side eye. When my friend asked if they had her card holder in black, she looked at my friend’s face and said no. But then turned around to ask her coworker in a very rude way do you know if we have this in the back? The other girl with the brown hair went to the back and checked for it while the blonde girl who was being so disrespectful to us and said I don’t even work here often.
