Rudest owner. First she overcharges me on an order. I realized until I got home and saw my receipt so I called her and she said, well next time I will give you 2 ranches next time ("she wrote down my name"). So maybe almost 2 months after I (today) I called to order a pizza. The guy who I spoke with gave a price with what I ordered. When I asked him if the lady was there he passed the phone to her. I reminded her about the situation of the ranches that happened a while ago and she said, I only said one. I told her, you told me 2 . One for charging me over and the 2nd one for the inconvenience just as you promised so she said, yes, now I remember. When I arrive the guy greeted me and I gave him my name The lady stepped out very aggressive and lookedt at how much I had in my hands without even mentiong the total. She said, it's gonna be more than $6. I said ok whats the total because he already gave me one. She said garlic is going to be way more ($3). I let her know before ordering I had confirmed the amount with the guy. She said well if you dont wang the pizza dont take it. I said its not that i dont want the pizza, its about you guys giving me a wrong price for the second time. First you overcharge me and then you want to overcharge me. So the guy comes to the front and admits his honest mistake and she tries to correct him and tell me the correct price. I said im sorry, you have to charge me what was promised. And she didnt want to. Later she honored the price and said next time you do t have to use us again. I said, dont worry, im not planning to. I only came to get what i had paid previously. Shortly afterward i received a phone call and the lady told me she couldn't make my order because the app didn't charge me the correct amount. This was because it was set up incorrectly in the app. since it was already charged to my card, I couldn't go back in and reorder or add more money. She became frustrated with me because of the tech error. I wanted the stuffed crust pizza but she wanted me to take a regular pizza to make up for the cost.
