Expecting to be able and stop in before work. Disappointedly had to leave because I was unable to complete my order due to language barrier. Left hungry with no time to stop anywhere else.
Not a good spot to stop for breakfast unless you speak Spanish.
/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
I had asked what is on the dollar menu for breakfast. I was informed the dollar menu items are now 1.49
I said okay no dollar menu items. Can you just give me to of the cheapest sausage biscuit Patty things.
I was informed "no cheap only dollar" 49. I said okay if that's the cheapest they come I'll take two of those. I was informed again no, no cheap, only dollar 49.
I said okay if that's the cheapest things on the menu. Clearly she did not understand what I was asking. I asked if I could talk to the manager. The manager came over and the cashier explain to her thoroughly... ? That I wanted the dollar menu items not the dollar 49 items. I expressed to the manager that's not what I'm looking for I just wanted the cheapest biscuit. The manager proceeded to explain to me that they are no longer a dollar. Frustrated I ended up leaving as I could get no further in conversation with the manager. I very much understood that what I was asking for is not on the dollar menu. I understood thoroughly multiple times the the price is now 1.49
To be clear this location is very well maintained and the staff are very friendly fast and efficient at pumping out orders.
After I had explained to the manager the reason I asked to speak to her was because the employee at the till could not understand what I was asking. Clearly there was a communication error considering the till was explaining to the manager that I wanted my biscuits for a dollar when that's not even why I wanted to talk to the manager I just wanted to be able to complete my order with somebody who spoke English. She did offer to try to understand what I was asking and complete the order for me. But at this point I was out of time and had to leave. Nobody did anything wrong and everybody tried to the best of their ability. This location just needs 1 English...
Read moreThis particular McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s that I have ever gone to. Today was the third time that I unfortunately had to go to that McDonald’s and the lady really gave me one ketchup for my french fries when I asked her but I have more she looked at me with an attitude and gave me one more literally one more catch up like I don’t know if McDonald’s is going to be going bankrupt or something but that is unnecessary and that is just downright stupid Every female that works inside that particular McDonald’s is rude and really just look at people like they’re disgusting in fact today when I was there, one lady after being asked question by customer Cheltenham and her response but it’s not rea and he was just standing there stuck looking confused and kind of really lost almost so my suggestion is people should not go to that McDonald’s. They do not have customer service. That is good there are just rude and really how I see it is they’re not deserving of those jobs because when they applied for another job, they knew in fact they would be working with the public. Maybe they should have telemarketer jobs to where they don’t even have to see the public that’s...
Read moreI recently had an experience at McDonald's that was far from the quick, tasty meal I was hoping for. After braving a crowded restaurant that smelled like a mix of old fryer oil and too-strong cleaner, I placed an order for a Quarter Pounder with cheese. The place was chaotic, and it was clear from the get-go that my burger might take a while. Sure enough, after a 20-minute wait filled with mix-ups and forgotten orders, mine finally made it to me. But the disappointment was just beginning.
The bun on my Quarter Pounder was inexplicably soggy, as though it had soaked up all the humidity in the room, and the patty was a sad sight: overcooked yet somehow still lukewarm. The cheese, which I had been looking forward to, hadn't even properly melted and just sat there, cold and uninviting. To top it off, the fries were just as lackluster - lukewarm and barely seasoned.
It was a meal that somehow managed to be both unremarkable and entirely unforgettable, for all the wrong reasons. It led me to make a swift exit and resolve to steer clear of this particular McDonald's location in the future. Definitely not the fast-food experience I...
