We made last minute plans to go eat here for my husbands birthday because he loves their pupusas(always pre ordered by phone for pick up). Business was going great for a Friday night because the place was packed but right when we walked in it was obvious they were majorly short staff. There was no bartender, it seemed only one to two waitresses, no host and the phone was ringing NON STOP. The sign did say wait to be seated but there was really no designated wait area. So right off after standing, waiting 35-45 minutes to be seated, we got skipped for seating when the waitress took the people that came in way after us!? Once we were finally seated and given menus we'd been there at least an hour. So when the waitress came to take our order we knew exactly what all we wanted as to not delay the time any further. We didn't dare want to ask for a drink seeing as how there was no bartender so we just ordered a beer and a glass of water. Then I'm not sure how or why but everyone around us, who not only arrived well after we were seated ended up getting their food and drinks before we did?! The food was the real reason why I gave this place at least two stars. The food is to die for so my compliments to the chef! But even the excellent food isn't worth the bad customer service. I know covid really affected small businesses and their staff however this was a Friday night, you think they'd know better? The waitress never did make it back by to offer/ask if we needed anything else so we just finished our meal and managed to snatch someone up to ask for the check and a to go box. Well to no surprise the check never came and we waited at least another 25 minutes. My husband finally just got up walked over towards the kitchen area and took care of the bill. As much as we enjoyed the food we will not be returning for in door dining ever again! I wonder if the non stop caller ever...

Read moreThis place is delicious in food! They are only lacking on customs service. Today I order eleven pupusas for my family and they only gave me nine. I called to let then know about the problem, of course I was upset, this is not the first time they do this to us. Last time we order and the pupusa didn’t have much cheese, frijoles and chicharrón inside. Again I called and the girls that work there are rude. Instead of apologizing, she said, I need to make sure I let them know to repeat the order. I told her I shouldn’t have to ask she should get it right. It’s her job to write it right and repeat it to me. I even wrote it down in paper tomake sure I said it right. Overall she had to apologize and be nice about it. She was offended and click the phone. This is not the first time and I’m not that kind of person to leave reviews but this really got me upset. They have to hire people with pleasing customers service. Hope the owners sees this and does something about it. So far I won’t be returning the place has delicious food but i rather go where I’m welcome and not arguing with me it’s my fault.
