Starbucks — Restaurant in San Rafael

I stopped by around 1:30pm to get a coffee and a bagel.5 employees behind the counter including the cashier, i was the only customer. So, I ordered a coffee with a bit of milk and a bagel well toasted with butter and cream cheese. Total $8.50 approx. I used the restroom and I was surprised how dirty it was. I have been in many other locations and the bathroom is usually pretty clean. I left and when I open the paper bag my bagel wasn't cut and of course not toasted, the coffee was almost cold, I came back to let them know. The cashier smile and kept talking with a coworker, toasted the bagel put it back in the paper bag and said: here! About the coffee nothing I can do that's all we have. I wonder if the manager if they have one cares about this location and condition, since not just the restroom was dirty but also the counter and floor, really sad to see this Starbucks in such a poor service condition with...

Horrible service!!!!! They are quick to take your money but their service is less than one star. I noticed people were receiving their order before me. At least six people . This would have been fine however I noticed the barista kept looking at me but kept making other customers orders. So it’s not like she did not know I was waiting. So basically I’m watching people walk in the door pay for their order and get their drink within 2 minutes. At one point no one was waiting but me. If I saw someone waiting and it seems they were forgotten I would have asked “What drink were you waiting on”. And that is why I believe having me wait was intentional. No problem!!! I can keep my coins!!! I’m not the type that keeps patronizing an establishment that has done me wrong. Bye Bye Starbucks!!!!!...

There's really not much you can say about Starbucks' coffee, either you like it, or you don't. The problem is the store. It's dark, kinda depressing and the crowd is not the best. Maybe it's the location, but you'll find a lot of the folks who frequent the shop are down on their luck, or having a hard time making ends meet. many of these folks will unpack all their belongs on the table next to you, or have imaginary fights with themselves aloud. On my last visit the woman sitting next to me was counting plastic bottles and while working on her hair and makeup. I probably should mention you occasionally find someone bathing in the restroom which does not have a shower or tub...
