Both this restaurant's website and Google show the Second Street Taco Bell and KFC as open for inside orders and dining, however once I drove to the store I found that although the location was fully staffed, the lobby was closed and it was drive-thru orders only. You could not get through the entrance or the exit due to the number of drive-thru cars blocking the one lane vehicle lane surrounding the restaurant. I question this store's dedication to their customers as EVERY OTHER ESTABLISHMENT IN THE CITY is open for walk-in ordering and/or dining, while this location feels it is too much trouble to open their lobby and let their customers enjoy a sit-down meal out. If it is indeed the case that this location does not want to provide a full-service experience for their customers then they should take down the in-store dining option from both Google and their website, and publicly announce the very real fact that our business is not fully welcome or encouraged so folks looking for fast food dining can go elsewhere rather than waste their time where they are not appreciated. I gave this review one star because I cannot leave...
Read moreTo use a register... Should be a prerequisite for drive thru worker. The girl who took my order got it right but the order in bag was incorrect and then to top it off I handed the guy in window 22.10 for a 12.10 purchase. He handed me back the 2.1 and said it was 12.1. I calmly explained that yes I was aware and that I wanted a 10 for change and he looked at me with no comprehension. So I accepted the money back and paid for the purchase to later look and find out my order was not what was paid for and listed. I didn't receive a couple items I bought but instead I did get a famous bowl in the bag lol so they probably got the next person's order wrong too. All in all it was not the best experience I've had but it is taco bell and it works. The line at this taco bell drive thru is usually ridiculous so be...
Read moreSpent 20-25 minutes in the drive thru waiting on a person who decided to order for near 10+ people - instead of asking her to pull forward so that the rest of us could get our food, they let us all wait for close to 30 minutes while they made her order. When I asked why they couldn't ask her to park and bring it to her so we didn't have to wait, she just told me "they were there first." Like, yeah, we know, but that still doesn't change the fact that no critical thinking skills were used during this situation. Every other fast food place will make you pull up if your order is too large to help with the flow and get people through quickly, but not Taco Bell. Its always run w/ incompetent workers & this place is no different
Can't wait until these fast food places are...
