As someone posted about a week ago something is wrong with their takeout service. Called in an order, they told me 15 mins for pick up. When I arrived there were several people waiting out front. A lady would open a locked door, call out a name, give them a bill and take a payment. About 15 minutes later they got there food. I saw this happen 4 times. After being there for 30 minutes I asked if they had started on my order they had not. Frustrating as the woman twice asked my name when she took payments from others. Maybe they lost my order. After waiting for 30 minutes, total 45 minutes after my order I told them to cancel it. I received no apology or acknowledgment that they even cared or interested and in serving me. I went down the street to Bay Thai got a meal to go, which was great. And I got great service and was treated with respect. Like they were appreciative of my business. Thai Smile might have good food, but based on my experience they don’t have much respect for their customers. Be ready for a long wait if you order food to go. I ordered for pick up so i didnt get to sit inside but it seemed nicely decorated and clean when i came in.
When i called to order the woman who answered on the phone was so sweet and gave great recommendations because we werent 100% set on what we wanted.
We wanted to try the pumpkin curry and i asked which meat. She suggested the chicken. AMAZING. GET IT! This was our favorite dish we had.
We also had a list if a few other things we were baving teouble deciding between. She guided us the the Eggplant dish. I normally get it with beef bt she said the shrimp was even better. She was absolutely right! And it paired wonderfully with the pumpkin curry
We also had the mango sticky rice and the papaya salad which were large serving sizes and good but weren't the stars of the show.
We would definitely go here again and try some...

I get a call telling me the order was cancelled because they did not open till 11. I was told to place the order after 11. So I placed the order again and that order was cancelled. We went ahead and stopped by the restaurant to see if the order might have gone through but the place was closed. I tried calling but no one answered. I get an email from habitlogistics.zohodesk.com telling me that someone from the customer service team would review and respond shortly. That was on 9-13-24 and no one has reached out. For some reason there is a charge on my credit card for $9.95. My order was for more than that. Actually I should be thankful that I was only cheated...
