Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in San Ramon

Ordered for pickup 2 burritos and 2 bowls. Pickup time said 6 it wasn't ready until 6:08 got home the burritos were smaller than usual and the tortilla was hard and dry. We eat here all the time. The last 2 times have been similar experiences

Just edited to remove 1 more star. Haven't been here in a while. Decided to give it another try. Ordered for pickup and my burrito was cold, hardly had any meat. Mostly rice. And they didn't even make my order correct. It was missing the tomato salsa. If you do have to eat here, do yourself a favor and order in person. Their pickup orders are just bad

just edited to remove 1 more star. After 8 months I finally returned to this location. This time I went in and ordered in person. I ordered 1 burrito and 3 bowls. The amount of meat the person put on them was very small. I ordered 1 steak with double meat and got about as much meat as you usually get with a single order of meat. Also every 3rd bite from the bowl contained steak grissle that was unchewable and I have only eaten half the bowl. The last 3 bites I took all had grissle. The girl also made 1 burrito and 2 bowls and then started to help the next customer and so I stopped her and said I had ordered 1 more bowl, she said sorry I forgot but the person in line looked like I had now interupted their order. Store lights cut off outside, I went into the store and ordered a steak burrito and there was a young Asian woman and a young Caucasian blonde hair woman. The Asian women started my order and after placing my steak on the burrito walked away to the cashier register to help another customer while the blonde hair woman finished up my order while expressing the rest of my ingredients she bypassed the cheese and i asked for a small cup of nacho cheese and chips her reply was do u want any more toppings on your burrito I stated no, then she proceeds to get my nacho cheese throws another small cup at the window towards me. Then the Asian lady proceeds to ring me up for a total of 16.49. I hand her a 20.00 bill she goes oh you paying with cash then she puts 4.00 on the counter with a receipt and gets the change out of her tip jar.. places .50 cents in dimes on the counter as I'm picking up the change I asked for 2 quarters instead of the 5 dimes she proceeds to smack her lips and push two quarters on the counter as im picking up my change. In the process I never received my chips I asked for and only got my burrito and small nacho cheese. Pre-ordered on the app 15 minutes before we got there. Arrived and they were just starting our order. The restaurant and food prep area was FILTHY. Food waste was lying everywhere, so much cross contamination of the different food containers. Despite the fact that they didn't close for an hour, they had all the front chairs up on tables, and 3 of the 4 staff were in the way back of the kitchen working on what appeared to be trying to close things up. One lone guy who looked like he was at his first day on the job was up front, excruciatingly slowly making 2 burritos and a quesadilla, which took more than 10 minutes. Burritos weren't wrapped right, had incredients spilling out, and the $5 guacamole side came in a tiny sauce cup that was filled less than half full because the guacamole container had so much cheese and sour cream that had been spilled into it, he couldn't scoop up anymore plain guacamole. No one was at the register so I grabbed a take out bag to bag my own stuff, wanting at that point to just get out of there. Got into the car and realized the quesadilla kids meal my son got was missing all 3 sides it's supposed to come with, but I wasn't about to go back in to correct it. Worst experience ever...
