We heard about this place a while back and we had been curious about it. It was described as "a pizza place that focuses on pairing beers with pizzas". It is that. But it's also more. This place is another example of being able to taste the food and know it was prepared by someone who is passionate about culinary experiences. We had some good recommendations from our server and everything we tried was a notch above good. There's also the fact that some things on the menu were especially unique and like nothing I had ever tried before. The bread bites with chili lime flavor are a great example. I highly recommend those. We both loved the wings and my wife even went as far as saying she thinks these might be her new favorite wings from anywhere. The pie was also fantastic but they change that monthly? Seasonally? It leaves me excited to try the next one but also potentially sad that this one might go away. It was also nice that Jeff came around and had some conversation with everyone and checked to see how we liked the meal. I read some reviews about the prices being a bit high before we came in and my thought on that is that in this case the cost is worth the value of the experience. We have certainly spent more for worse food at other places. No regrets spending the money here where we get such excellent food.

This is an honest review as I do work here and this is what I have seen and have experience as I have also eaten here as a guest a few times while working here. I will say we have the best pizza for the price in San Ramon as the dough is equivalent to soughdough while not technically being soughdough. Our toppings selection is top notch as over 75% of the processed toppings are made in store (Chicken, Sausage, Rosted pepers are all made in store and all dresings are made by hand in store if you wounder why we charge so much for it 2$). The main problem we still have is our ability to service guest as on days we have planned large groups front of house often losses track of who has been help and who has not. I would highly recommend using the QR code to order if you want best response time. The atmosphere is very family friendly and community driven so it's always a nice place to hang out. Key take aways Food is Handmade fresh and the most healthy and best pizza in the San ramon Valley Service is spotty at times so using the QR codes is a must on most days The atmosphere is community and family driven I would highly recommend going in at least once to try it out if you have time.

Irresistible Pizzas and Warm Hospitality at Pairfield Pizza & Pints My husband and I recently ventured to Pairfield Pizza & Pints, curious to experience their offerings while staying true to our low-carb diet. To our surprise, the aroma of delectable pizzas soon had us abandoning our diet plans. Our first choice, the Dalai Lahmajun, intrigued us as Turks familiar with lahmacun. To our delight, it surpassed our expectations, boasting flavors even more delightful than traditional lahmacun. Opting for a custom order as our second choice. We were impressed by the delicious and easily digestible dough. Pairfield also boasts an impressive beer selection that perfectly complements their mouthwatering pizzas. The establishment's cleanliness and the exceptional service by their friendly staff added to the overall delightful experience. Pairfield Pizza & Pints is a gem we would enthusiastically recommend for any mealtime, be it lunch or dinner, and especially during their hoppy hours. The combination of irresistible pizzas, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service make this place a must-visit for pizza enthusiasts like us.

This is not your average pizza joint. Think about this. It's an artisan pizza crust that's a 2-day process to make. It mimics a chewy, crispy sourdough crust. The sausage is made in house as well as other items.

The owner keeps a lot of his concept on the down low, not on purpose but when I listen to him talk about his ingredients, it makes you feel the knowledge and passion for what he is doing. A lot of the information about the ingredients are specific to every dish. He goes to the local farmers market to seek ingredients when needed for more of a seasonal flair to the menu. He simply cares about the product. I love the product. He wants local growers and brewers to showcase these products and display how good they really are. Such as, he found a San Marzano type of tomato for his pizza sauce right here in the north bay!

I'm sitting here right now listening to him and he's giving a lesson of his local ingredients, retraining his staff but hopefully it will be expressed a little more in detail on his website and menu, in his own words, and have the employees train off his site. Trust me, what comes out of the owners mouth regarding the ingredients made me a believer of this pizza house because the fact that the menu items are unique and tasty! I'm a 35 year veteran of the industry and it's a gift to listen to his passion and product. Please understand that he's not Superman, he can't make a $100 pizza and charge $28. He does a great job with local ingredients and stretching out what he can do. The rest is thought, care, passion, and palate. I don't see a typical pizza joint doing anything like this.

Don't expect Domino's. Even the soda is carefully picked. It's not Coke. It shouldn't be. It's an entire line of designer sodas from a particular brand with nothing artificial or using high fructose corn syrup. All Micro brews are local. Rotating and some seasonal taps. Russian River is coming. Fall ales, etc. The brewski screen display has an "On Deck" list....
