I recently had the pleasure of dining at Senro and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a beautiful blend of traditional Japanese decor and modern touches. I ordered my food AHEAD of time at approx. 6:47pm they said it would be ready in 20-25mins. I arrive at 7:10-7:15pm. I STAND in THE FRONT of the restaurant for nearly 20minutes. Initially I get it you’re busy but there was no acknowledgment, no greeting, no “I’ll be with you in one minute” or “how can I help you.” I finally go up to the front and tell them hey me and one other lady have been waiting here for quite some time and have gotten no acknowledgement even. Someone finally comes over. I tell her the last 4 of my phone number so she can look up my order. She still never updated me until she happened to be passing me and I asked if it’s ready or where it is and mentioned it’s been double the ready time. She tells me “they’re making it now.” At this point why even call in an order. Then I hear the staff looking at me and talking and laughing as if they are purposely making me wait longer for my food. How does a pick up order take over triple the estimated time and not even a greeting or any acknowledgement. It was to the point they were purposely ignoring me and it was blatantly rude and...

Sometimes they make good sushi even though every time it tastes differently. It all depends which cook makes your order.

Every time I make the same order, something is always different.

One time it is one size the other time is way smaller than the first time. It is weird.

The place is not very clean.

I left them I think a very good review on Yelp. It was my first impression of them. After some time it changed to two stars.

If you are lucky and you get a good cook, you will enjoy a roll; otherwise, it will feel around 2-3 stars.
