Pizza House East - Sandusky — Restaurant in Sandusky

I've been getting pizza from here for many, many years and am so very sad to say last night was my last time. It's been slowly declining since the new owners took over, with beloved favorites like the Greek pizza leaving the menu and others like the pickle pizza brought back very poorly. Have you ever had one? That one is awful and nothing like what the East had prior. I used to love the potato skins, not sure if you changed your fry oil or what but cannot stomach them anymore. Last night, the pizza was undercooked with a hair baked into the crust. My family even commented how poor of a showing it was and why we didn't order *insert local well known chain here * I am so sad to say, I think this is my last East order. I will forever miss what you were 😪 I'll order pizza hut next time for undercooked w/hair in it, at least there I know what...

So delicious. Came here for the first time and my boyfriend and I fell in love! Turkey wrap tasted fresh and delicious. The tomatoes on it were very juicy!!!! The chicken parmesan sandwich was great (I took a bite. I don't like chicken parmesan and it wasn't bad at all!). We also shared the buffalo chicken dip, it was really great and they gave us more than enough chips. I will be back!!! You just earned yourself a regular customer.

Update one year later: the delivery driver that has been working with you guys for 5 years is so polite! (Couldn't catch his name, but that should be a dead giveaway) He is the first of your drivers to make conversation with me and as a server I love customer/employee interactions. Thanks pizza...

Very displeased with service on 7-6. My family and I and my work place have placed orders here for as long as you have been open. But there is a lady that takes orders that has a tremendous attitude that I usually won't place a order if she answers. I had my grandkids over tonight they wanted pizza went through hell to place an order just for it not to be put through after waiting 1and half hours I was told it was never placed and no record of me calling yet it's time and dated in my phone...lol. Thanks for your year's that you served my family but we're done patronizing your business starting 7-6 . You may not care but we rather spend our money where customer service is important...very...
