Kinda interesting work in progress. The bar/resturant was open but not. We ended up outside in the beirgarten with the owner. He was the only one there, chief cook & bartender, and groundskeeper. Ended up having some German beir, listening to German music & eating delicious German sausages & German potato salad. This is a recently opened German restaurant and bar that is still growing. There was a small, but awesome beer selection (including German beers of course). The food available now is a small menu, but everything was very good. The owner the night I went was bartending and cooking, so it is a small operation for the time with big plans. He tells us he plans to open a beer garden (the only one in Sandusky) later in 2018. Can't wait to come back to this amazing bar...
