Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sandwich

The old woman with the long ponytail who works here is by far the RUDEST person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Today was the last straw for me, a gentleman had a problem with his order and wasn't the nicest about it. The girl who waited on him left the front crying because of him. This old woman then starts yelling at the kid making coffee and yells again saying "I'm not yelling at you" when she clearly was yelling at him!! The customers were uncomfortable with her behavior. Then she began yelling at the poor young girl who walked away crying telling her she could go home if she didn't want to work. It was SOOO awful I walked out without ordering. I had already waited in line and was now at the counter waiting to order but I just couldn't listen to this rude old biddy. It was not worth seeing her berate the two other young employees. This is not the first time I have seen this woman be rude and yell at customers and employees. I will NOT give this Dunkin my money as long as that old lady is there treating the employees and customers like garbage. When going into the Dunkins today I was left standing in line for several mins as the employees finished up with orders all the while we could hear the young woman swearing about having to make sandwiches , when the young man took my order ( he was polite, and doing an awesome job) I ordered our coffees and a breakfast sandwich and hash browns , at which time the very unhappy co worker proceeded to say OH my god I hate making f—ing sandwiches , do you know what goes into making sandwiches , then said couldn’t you just grab donuts . She proceeded to swear and complain about doing her job and said to the young man I need a break this is ridiculous!! There was a huge line of people which he was taking care of the young woman making the food was rude to the young man, loudly complaining and swearing about doing her own job. She needs to find a new job! She obviously is not a great fit for this one . The young man should get a raise for having to deal with her. I will never ho to this Dunkins again and anyone who encounters her should be aware of her behavior!!...

Worst customer service and quality of product. Bagel minis were ice cold in the middle, my tea was not made correctly, but the worse thing was, I ordered a small mango refresher. One girl took my order, another girl delivered my order, I checked the label on my order and it said small pineapple mango, but the drink was a strawberry dragonfruit. I brought it back in and a third worker said they don’t carry that anymore. Ok, it took two steps to order and make this drink; why couldn’t any other person tell me that? And then the girl who remade the drink gave me the stink eye when she gave it to me. My e entire order, a large iced tea, 2 orders of bagel minis, and the small refresher all had issues and were poorly made. Bad attitudes, bad service, and disappointing food. Dunks should be ashamed of themselves. They insist on monopolizing the industry yet allow this kind of thing to happen daily.
