Would not recommend this location, largely due to the service on various occasions. I actually waited to do a review once I spoke to the owner, which never happened… even after contacting Chick-fil-A cares on numerous occasions making them aware that I was never contacted back… with the initial first email giving me free food… which I did not want and did not use- I explicitly made it clear I wanted to speak to the owner. Now let me say, they have a number of amazing employees (except the one cursing one, two managers and the owner) and I was a frequent patron at this location due to my kids having their extracurricular activities in the area. One day as we were going through the drive thru, we were met with a worker at the front of the building in full uniform and an iPad cursing out someone on the other end of his phone. The young employee was clearly not on a break, and I rushed to put up the windows for my young kids not to hear the inappropriate language (which is something I have never seen transpire at a Chick-fil-A establishment). Another time after my mom placed an order for my oldest son for breakfast, I was bring my youngest son to meet with the family after his baseball game. There was no Chick-fil-A in the area, so I asked nana to go back through the line for another box of chicken minis… at that time it was 10:16. Nana was told they had no more breakfast. She referenced the time and stated how she just came through for the minis and wanted another order. She left the line and called me. At 10:21 I called the facility… when I explained the timeline … I was met with, well we didn’t have anymore biscuits. I expressed that she was not in line for a biscuit and I have never encountered any location change the hours of breakfast and lunch at will. The hours are displayed for a purpose. I was left on hold until I arrived at 10:40. I asked for a manager, and she looked like a deer in headlights knowing she left me on hold that entire time. She said they were backed up and had no more breakfast. In my mind I was thinking…Poor management of the flow of the morning has zero to do with the patrons. I referenced the posted times for breakfast. So a man emerges and starts yelling, “We didn’t have any biscuits, we ran out.” Again I’m looking confused and said, sir no one ordered biscuits. The main problem is you have people in management who are obviously not good listeners. Unless a machine in inoperable, patrons who arrive before the breakfast cutoff time should be served breakfast. I came in a few weeks later to see the owner and spoke to another employee. It’s been months and still have heard nothing from the owner. I have not returned and never will. Not necessarily happy with how chick fil a cares didn’t ensure...
Read moreI have been going to this chick- fil- a every morning for breakfast and sometimes for lunch for around a year and a half now, continuing a tradition that I have had for quite some time now starting when I lived in Gwinnett. There are at least 3-5 different employee's who work the drive through who's customer service is to be compared to that of a McDonald's employee. If they wear a blue button up shirt they are AMAZING, just like back in Snellville but if they are wearing a red shirt the likely-hood of them even trying to pretend that they give a rip about anything is slim to none. The food is good as expected from chick- fil- a however I have waited quite some time to post this and today I decided i had enough and wanted to express my opinion and hopefully Chick-fil-a corporate will take some action and hire a new team. The Chick-fil-a near perimeter mall for example is significantly further away from my house but their customer service is exponentially greater than that of this location. I would highly recommend NOT going to this location and going to the one outside of perimeter mall. I spend thousands of dollars a year at Chick-fil-a to be treated with courtesy and respect and not like every other fast food chain, and believe me I try and overcome the long faces and and disrespectful glances / snarky tones with kindness by asking them how their day is going etc and I get nothing back generally not even a full sentence. On average my experience goes as such: I pull up to drive through, girl over head phones mumbles: yeah... Me: ummm hey how are you today? girl over head phones mumbles: what can i get ya.... me: hmm just a chicken biscuit please. girl over headphones mumbles: ok 2.somethin.... i get to the window and see her on the head phones slumped over her kiosk / register while the girl at the window is trying to turn out orders so i cant really stop to ask why the girl on the headset is so sad / upset.
please keep in mind their are a few people in red shirts there that are ok infact John who works the drive through seems to be on fire for customer service every time i talk to him i feel uplifted and happy thus he seems to be a solid dude. But im sure if you go just once you will see who im talking about is the reason im about to...
Read moreUnfortunately, Chick-fil-A does not exist in my list of food places to go to anymore. I had an unpleasureable experience that has forced me to discontinue business with all Chick-fil-a's. After working a long ten hour shift, I was craving some food; specifically, a Cobb salad with extra chicken that I always get. I just had an inconvenient situation occur at the Perimeter location moments before, so I thought I would go to the location I always do business with (this location). I never get charged for extra chicken on my salad. When I had gone to the Perimeter location, the manager told me each location had different management styles. I didn't mind because I just thought that I'll just go to the location that never charges me. It was an inconvenience because I was on my way home from work and I had to travel where I THOUGHT I wouldn't get charged. I'm not sure who was working, but the gentlemen over the speaker told me they charge for the extra chicken. I've always had the extra chicken at no charge. I even know that they "red-flag" it. I told them that I always have had it ordered that way, but didn't want to agree with what I was saying. I didn't worry about it and spent my money elsewhere. I have always come to this location for as long as I can remember and mostly for breakfast. I will no longer continue business with...
