This review is based on my delivery experience & the food.
Let's first start with why we ordered from here. My co-worker said she has always wanted to try this place because she heard it was good. So a group of us decided to order delivery and have it arrive around the time we planned to take our lunch break.
The restaurant opens at 11 am on Friday looking at my phone records I called at 11:06 am and the receipt says my order was placed at 11:08 am on Friday May 15th. I asked for delivery to be around 12. I assumed they didn't have many orders since the place just opened and we just knew we would get our food on time. We planned to take lunch at 12 pm and the website said delivery time was normally 45-60 minutes. It would have been ok if they arrived 10 minutes after 12.
At 12:13 pm I called the restaurant to see if they were still coming. It sounded like someone picked up the phone & set it down and then I was put on hold. The second time I got an answer and they confirmed the address and said the driver was leaving now. So I decide to go down to the lobby and wait because this place was only 10 minutes away.
The driver called me at 12:24 pm to verify the address and to ask for assistance. Once again we are on the same street(Hammond Dr & our company name is huge on the outside) and I did tell them what building I was next to and across from when I placed the call. At 12:36 pm the driver called me and said she was outside. The first thing I was expecting was an apology but not really. She came in smiling talking about how she was so glad to find me. She also made excuses about her GPS not working and that she tried to call the restaurant but she couldn't get through.
So from calling them at 11:06 am and the food finally in my hands at 12:39 pm. I did not know it took that long to make one pizza and 10 chicken wings. No apology or explanation on why it took so long. The worst part is my lunch was over at 12:45 pm.
I only ate one slice of pizza, it honestly wasn't that great to me. The chicken wings were tiny and overcooked. The chicken was dry, the sauce helped a little but not much.
I called the restaurant back a little later just to ask the name of the manager. I was told his name David and that he was too busy to talk. I did not ask to speak with him at the time I just wanted to know his name. After I was told he was busy I was put on hold... I eventually hung up because I didn't have time to wait any longer.

Read moreI ordered from UberEATS, because I've driven by this place so many times and wanted to try it out. I ordered a calzone with spinach, feta, sundried tomatoes--all that yummy stuff!-- and mozzarella sticks. When I received my order and sliced into the calzone, I saw pepperoni, sausage, ham, ground beef--all very bad news for a vegetarian like myself. When I called and reported the error to the restaurant, they said I could come pick up my corrected order. My legs aren't broken (but I do live 25 mins away), so I figured why not. When I took my new, corrected order home, I bit into it only to discover a plethora of sausage. The manager refused--REFUSED--to send someone out with the THIRD "correct" order, saying that it was Uber's problem, not his. He said he was not going to give me "free food", even though all I was asking for was my correct order (which, at this time, I had placed TWO HOURS previously). The manager, chef, and front desk girl (bless her) got an earful from me not because of their mistake--we're all human--but because of their absolute refusal to take responsibility for it and make amends. The manager insisted that it was not his problem, and that I would not be scamming any free food from him. Absolutely outrageous. The sign of a good business is its employees' and managements' ability to handle errors and do their best to make it right--it seems that those working at Napoli today are incapable...
Read moreI had high expectations given who had recommended this place, but they were blown away when I tasted the food. Amazing, amazing, amazing. The decor is nothing to write home about, and the place looks quite underwhelming, but trust me; this place is a hidden gem for great food at a awesome price. The calzone I ordered was more than a foot and a half long and about 10 in with and 6 in tall. The first bite was heaven and it only got better. I dare you to try and finish the whole thing! All that for only 12 bucks?
Also, the staff was super friendly, and totally helped you maximise your order and make it more efficient (don't build your own, sub from the specials!).
The owner/chef came out to talk to our group and ask everyone how the meal was. He was super nice and friendly. That's the kind of love for craft you just don't see in most places now a days. He could clearly be making more money selling out and charging more, but that's not why he's doing what he does. He just loves making good food!
Go here to eat if you are smart and...
