7/24 Update: OMG, you guys HAVE to try the new items at Flying Biscuit this July! Just devoured the Sausage Dog – seriously, the best all-beef sausage patty on a bun I've ever had. And the Firework Fruit Pancakes? A burst of summery sweetness that's perfect for sharing (or not, I won't judge ). #flyingbiscuit #AtlantaFoodie

They're both limited-time features, so get your brunch on ASAP! Don't forget you can totally mix and match with their classics too – their Shrimp and Grits are legendary, and the Hot Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit is .

Oh, and did I mention the bar at Sandy Springs or Toco Hill? Festive cocktails like mimosas, bloody marys, beers, wines – you name it! The perfect way to fuel your Flying Biscuit adventure.

Seriously, this place is the best. Delicious food, cozy vibes, everything you need for a perfect brunch date or solo fuel-up.

——— Attention all breakfast lovers! Flying Biscuit Cafe just launched a mouthwatering new menu featuring two must-try dishes: Churro French Toast and Steak Chilaquiles.

Imagine thick slices of bread dipped in a cinnamon sugar batter, grilled to crispy perfection, then drizzled with warm chocolate sauce and topped with fresh, sliced bananas – that's the sweet symphony of their Churro French Toast. Craving something savory? The Steak Chilaquiles will tantalize your taste buds! Picture thick, homemade tortilla chips simmered in salsa verde, overflowing with melty queso, then topped with tender marinated steak, sunny-side up eggs, and a symphony of fresh flavors like white cheddar cheese, avocado, and cilantro.

Of course, Flying Biscuit Cafe is still a haven for classic Southern breakfast comfort food. Their legendary buttermilk chicken tenders are even better when ordered extra hot. Don't forget their creamy mac and cheese, spicy vegan collard greens, the hearty Piedmont Omelet, and the delightful Mini Shrimp & Grits.

Bonus tip: Select locations, like the Sandy Springs and Toco Hills locations offer adult beverages, including mimosa flights, for those who want to elevate their brunch experience.

Flying Biscuit Cafe truly caters to all cravings, with breakfast and lunch available all day long. So, whether you're an early bird or a late riser, there's always a delicious...

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I was in Atlanta the weekend of June 19th. I've been there before and have always enjoyed dining at the Flying Biscuit. This time I decided to order my meal through Door Dash from this location (Saturday, June 20th). One of the items I ordered, Crab Cake Benedict, was no longer on the menu. I didn't receive a call about my order, even though I specify so whenever I place an order with any restaurant through Door Dash. (I've also seen restaurants include my number on my receipt when my order is delivered.) My food arrives. No Crab Cake Benedict. I asked the driver about it. He said the restaurant told him they would refund me my money. So I called the restaurant and spoke to the hostess. I told her the problem. She then asked me, "What would you like for me to do?" TO EAT. I had to ask her about resolving the issue. She told me that the person she was training was new and didn't call me about my order. She then proceeded to tell me how Door Dash works as if I didn't know. She allowed me to place another order and said it would be "free of charge." It wasn't. I was charged for the item that wasn't on the menu as well as the second order. When I got home, I called the restaurant again to complain about my service. I spoke to the catering manager, Carolyn. She promised to resolve the issue and get me my refund. TO THIS DAY, I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED MY MONEY. I've since ordered from other restaurants and was able to see what they do when an item is no longer on the menu: someone calls to inform you in addition to taking the item off your receipt; the refund is noted on your receipt and the money is returned before your order arrives to you. Why couldn't this...

AVOID IF YOU'RE VEGAN I went there with some friends for a going away meal and ordered from the "Vegetarian and Vegan Options Menu." I ordered the Vegan Tofu Scramble. On the menu it was described as Tamari-marinated tofu scrambled with red and green peppers, onions, spinach, and mushroom served with fresh fruit and nine grain toast. What I received a scramble with a side of grits and a biscuit. Looking at the menu, I realized they had put the sides from the veggie (egg) scramble onto the vegan scramble. After requesting the correct sides numerous times and waiting for a while, they finally brought out just the fruit. I knew the grits weren't vegan so I explained that and asked if the biscuit was. She went back to verify and after a while I was told that it wasn't, but then was asked if that was a problem. I told them I ordered a vegan dish and half of the items weren't vegan. I asked for the manager, who didn't come until I had asked maybe 3 or 4 times and after I said I wasn't paying full price for half of a meal. When I told her the issue, she said they were out of the normal sides. When I explained that the sides that they replaced them with weren't vegan, she said "well yeah you should know not to eat then" it and tried to flip it somehow to avoid any responsibility. Long story short, avoid coming here if you're vegan. Go to Egg Harbor across the street, which has vegan items on their menu that they actually honor. And if you do have to come for whatever reason, be sure to check all of the items on your plate. Or just eat...

I do find that the flying biscuit in general (all locations) have better food than a lot of breakfast places. Their eggs, Benedict and grits and French toast, of course the biscuits… Are all very good. Most locations don’t have the best service. It seems like they give way too many tables to the servers. This location is no different. the servers have way too many tables and the service tends to be slow. In addition, it’s not smart to take a group over four to any flying biscuit. The restaurants tend to be very small with small tables and they don’t like to serve more than four. Our party usually has six and it’s always a hassle for the hosts who seems very bothered. So I would encourage you to only take small parties to this restaurant. But even if you don’t typically like grits, you definitely should try the flying biscuits because they’re definitely creamier and different than any other grads. You’re gonna get anywhere else. Their biscuits of course are very good. Even their standard omelettes and eggs and bacon are very good. Keep in mind the slow service before you order something like coffee if you’re gonna want to refill. Parking at this location is pretty great. Do you be careful that a lot of the local businesses have a few reserved parking spots but if you’re willing to walk a little bit, there’s a large parking lot and plenty of parking.
