If you’re looking for a dessert experience that transcends the ordinary and dives headfirst into indulgent, cookie-filled bliss, Crumbl Cookie is your new sweet sanctuary. From the moment you step through the doors (or open the app), you’re greeted not just with the intoxicating aroma of freshly baked cookies, but with a sense that you’re about to experience something special.
Crumbl has perfected the art of cookie-making. These aren’t your average, run-of-the-mill treats — they’re decadent, oversized creations that redefine what a cookie can be. Each week brings an exciting new rotation of flavors, meaning no two visits are ever the same. Whether you’re biting into the gooey richness of the classic Milk Chocolate Chip or trying one of their more inventive flavors like Churro, Key Lime Pie, or Pink Velvet, you’re met with an explosion of flavor and texture that feels both nostalgic and refreshingly new.
What sets Crumbl apart isn’t just their creativity — it’s their consistency. The cookies are always soft in the center with just the right amount of chew, boasting a perfectly crisp edge. And their chilled cookies, like the fan-favorite chilled Sugar or the Cookies & Cream Milkshake, offer a unique contrast that’s surprisingly addictive. The flavors are bold but balanced, sweet without being overwhelming, and thoughtfully crafted to complement each other.
Presentation is another area where Crumbl shines. Each cookie is a work of art, delivered in their iconic pink box that has become synonymous with joy. It’s not just dessert — it’s an experience made for sharing, gifting, and, yes, Instagramming.
Service is friendly and efficient whether you’re picking up in-store or ordering for delivery. The staff clearly takes pride in what they’re serving, and the whole process feels polished, easy, and fun.
Crumbl Cookie has taken something as simple as a cookie and elevated it into an event. It’s not just about satisfying your sweet tooth — it’s about delighting in the details, savoring the moment, and discovering a little joy in every flavor. Read moreGood afternoon. I’m glad you responded back I had a total inappropriate experience with one of your staff member. This not the 1st encounter because I go to Northside for cancer treatment on Mondays. I stop your location after I have my treatments. On yesterday I came in and purchased some minis with Mr. Kendall with no issue. I did ask about my birthday celebration and Mr Kendall how to occur the reward. He said a QR code on the app. I went to get my phone and came back could not locate his description of instructions. I asked for a manager to see if that person could help and a black lady with braces spoke she was aggressive and confrontational. She provide a way I need to get the rewards . I signed in frustration and this person yelled calm down. I recorded the conversation I explained I have cancer and she said her grandmother and mother died of cancer and what. I’m an older woman and the Etiquette of the young generation is failing. She shoved 4 cookies yelling here you which were to be free. I go to the Kennesaw location it’s totally great. There is a difference in the diversity of the staff and it makes me comfortable. I can let you listen to the recordings or if you have your camera. Unknowingly I can in the previous and I went to look at the display of cookies and that black braces women addressed me rudely. She needs to be fired. I will put the conversation of communication to the public. Yesterday I called your store and asked for the owner Kendall yelled someone would like to speak to the owner and black braces lady rushed to picked up the phone did not get a day and said email communication is only way to the owner. Because I’ve had encounters with her and she was not aware of my presence I would think she has some angry issues or a undiagnosed mental...
Read moreI recently placed a catering order with your establishment, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
First, when I called to place the order, I was told that phone orders were not possible and that I had to order online. I complied and submitted an order for 204 cookies. After placing it online, I called back to confirm the order and spoke with an employee about an important detail: we needed the cookies packaged in sleeves since they were being distributed individually at an event.
I was then told that the store could provide sleeves, but that staff would not put the cookies in them for us. This was shocking—especially for a catering order of this size. Proper packaging is a basic expectation for bulk orders, and yet it was dismissed as something “they don’t do.”
When I arrived to pick up the cookies, I was further told that additional sleeves would not be provided because “it costs the store money.” Instead, I was handed a poorly packaged order (see attached picture). For an establishment offering catering, refusing to provide appropriate packaging or even the option to add this service is unacceptable.
This entire process—from being unable to order by phone, to the refusal to accommodate simple packaging needs, to being told extra sleeves couldn’t be provided—was both unprofessional and frustrating. It created unnecessary hassle at an event where convenience and presentation should have been the priority.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders policies around catering packaging, as this experience has left a very...
