The customer service is SPOT ON, the employees are wonderful! I came to this place after ice skating, because me and my family were looking for places to eat at. My little sister and mom went here to eat, and I wanted to eat Canton Cooks, so I did. When I had finished eating, I came here instead. One, I liked the atmosphere, I liked the vibe of it, however I wasn’t a huge fan, which is totally fine with me for people who like a more simple cultural vibe this would be a good place! The food, my mom gotten pho and I tried, it was fantastic! It wasn’t to my preferably liking, because it was more sweet than salty. (But, you can get whatever you’d like, I’m just not a huge fan but everyone has different tastes!)
Customer service was AMAZING, when I was ice skating I had skinned my ankle on accident and I also needed to wash my hands. I was waiting for the bathroom, however the person inside would not come out and I had wait 10 minutes already. I called an employee who reminded the person inside to please be quick and still wouldn’t come out. Second time, they told him he needs to hurry up again. Third time, the manager or I’m not sure, but the guy manager came out and was banging on the door and told him, if he didn’t come out, he’d have to open the door.
When the customer opened the door, it was a big burly shirtless homeless man inside. 5 minutes, the employee gave before he called the police, and I told him I just needed to wash my hands. He let me come into the kitchen and wash my hands. Plus gave me ice for my scraped ankle. Spot on, customer service. I told them I’d leave them a review and I finally am now. 10/10 would recommend!
TL;DR: Food and atmosphere is great, just not to my liking, but everyone’s different. Customer service was wonderful, I needed to wash my hands and person in the bathroom wouldn’t come out, let me in the kitchen and wash my hands, and gave me ice for my ankle. (No...

Read moreOur group of nine stopped by Sate (Bánh Mì & Grill) for dinner. Each of us ordered a different dish, and almost everyone was satisfied with the meal, thanks to the quick service and friendly staff. The restaurant’s ambiance was elegant, adorned with images of Vietnam, evoking a strong sense of home in this Vietnamese eatery.
I particularly enjoyed the phở, which truly captured the essence of authentic Vietnamese flavors. The broth was perfectly seasoned—rich yet balanced, with the subtle fragrance of cinnamon and star anise. It was a delightful surprise to find such an authentic taste of home right in the heart of America.
My foodie younger sister couldn’t stop raving about the bánh mì thịt nướng. The grilled pork was well-marinated with just the right balance of sweet and savory, tender enough to blend harmoniously with fresh cilantro, pickled vegetables, and most notably, the fragrant homemade mayonnaise. The addition of pâté elevated the flavors, making each bite irresistibly delicious.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough room to try other dishes, but my friends praised the fresh spring rolls, especially the dipping sauce, which they found exceptionally good. And I forgot to talk about “ milk coffee” of which my husband said that it’s much more delicious than...
