I initially had their Cure pizza at a food festival earlier in the month and found it very delicious. It was among 1 of the best items I had there so figured I'd give them a try at their home base and try something different. 1st, the restaurant itself is a chill spot. There are booths, tables, and a bar inside. The pizza oven and kitchen area are located at the rear of the restaurant. Plenty of parking in a free parking lot shared with other locations. Service was popping, absolutely no complaints from me here. On to the food, I tried the Chicken Coupe De Ville pizza with an Abita Bottled Root Beer. Must admit, I was pretty underwhelmed with this pizza. It wasn't even remotely close to how good The Cure pizza was. The Cure is their version of a meat lovers pizza while the pizza I chose this visit is their version of a BBQ chicken pizza and it straight up wasn't really for me. I'm likely going to try them again because I'm hoping I just unknowingly made a bad choice with the pizza I chose this visit. For my meat lovers, you won't go wrong with The Cure pizza. Give them a try!

My son and I stopped by for some pizza and it was an amazing lunch! I haven't been here in years! (Since they first opened.) Thanks to Nicole for her recommendations!!! She recommended the fries, but plain for my picky eater. Because I am gluten free and dairy free, she recommended the "The Cure," which is a meaty pizza, on the gluten free crust and vegan cheese! Take note, the gluten free pizza only comes in 14 inches. My son had an 8 inch cheese pizza and he said it was "the best pizza" he's ever had. He said it was the cheese that made it the best! The fries are definitely not frozen!! They are hand cut and fresh! (I cannot confirm if they are celiac safe.) Nicole was THE best server! Very attentive, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu! (They need to pay her more! And customers should tip her and everyone else at least 20%!) I didn't have to ask for anything, she just showed up with refills and boxes! SOOOO great!! Definitely a great place for lunch and dinner! And great for Gluten and dairy free options!

First time at this place and it was okay. The drinks were really good and so was the cheese sticks. We had customized pizza with pesto sauce which we assumed was going to be a thick paste of pesto sauce on pizza base however when they brought in the pizza we saw chopped basil and pine nuts on the pizza(pic attached). We informed our server about it and also told her that we asked for sun dried tomatoes on the pizza and not sliced ones. She informed us that’s how the pesto sauce pizza comes with chopped basil and pine nuts on top. She sure did change our pizza but the way she said ‘next time when you order, make sure you read all the ingredients and let us know before you order’ was bit rude for me. We apologized for the inconvenience but I believe the other table people could hear what she told us which was embarrassing. I understand that it would have been hassle and I would have appreciated if the same message was conveyed but slowly which only we could hear. I personally wouldn’t like to go back at this place.

Hearth Pizza Tavern is not just a casual pizza spot! It is anything but that! I came in here at night time. It was not too busy or crowdy. When I came in here, I was greeted by the warm joyful staff. The aroma of baked pizza filled the air. It smelled amazing! Hearth Tavern has a ambient atmosphere. I love the dark lighting. I came in here looking for a new pizza restaurant to eat at. I found exactly that! I ordered Hearth Pizza Tavern’s Fried Mozzarella and Simply White Pizza! The fried mozzarella sticks were phenomenal! It was breaded perfectly. It was buttery and crispy. When the pizza came, my expectations continued to exceed. The complimentary Simply White Pizza had ricotta, garlic oil, mascarpone, cheese blend, romano, garlic, fresh herbs and Parmesan. The pizza was seasoned perfectly! I could taste the dash of garlic and pepper. The cheese blend and the garlic oil worked together perfectly! The sauce and the blends of cheese were loaded with flavor! It wasn’t too much oil! The pizza was delectable! By the end of the meal, I was planning my visit. The pizzas aren’t too heavy. They are quite light and healthy! I wasn’t too full after! No pizza restaurant has ever made me feel light! They mostly make me full. Hearth Tavern is not like every other pizza spot! It is a warm, serene restaurant that has some mouthwatering appetizers and entrees. It did not disappoint me! If you are looking for a different go-to pizza restaurant, go to Hearth Tavern. You will...

Never been disappointed by Hearth, but am posting this because I recently got an order of their non-pizza offerings which I was very pleasantly surprised by!

Got their truffle fries, fried pickles, and arugula salad. The salad was excellent! Generous portion, well-proportioned ingredients, taste and texture-wise was excellent, and dressing was good, too. If you like peppery, savory flavors and plenty of crunch, give it a try. The truffle fries were amazing, got plenty in the serving of that as well, and their accompanying dressing was very tasty. Fried pickles were good, not quite as outstanding as the rest but oh well; they were done a bit differently than the style I'm used to, theirs are the whole pickle spear fried rather than fried pickle chips. So maybe I was just expecting something else and it's not quite a fair comparison. That sauce that came with the pickles, though, that was so good I'd have it with almost anything! The order arrived boxed and bagged securely with no spills and all items accounted for, which is always a plus these days! So, thank you Hearth, for being there and always being on point, and thanks to my delivery person who got it all to me safely and efficiently! Already looking forward to my next...

Had a late work day, decided to stop in for an easy dinner. We've been before and enjoyed the pizza and salad. However, burgers were on the choice tonight. My husband got a measly portion of its-bity pieces of potatoes they called french fries with his burger. Literally, he had to eat them with a fork, they were too small to pick up and dip in the ketchup.I choose the up charge for a salad, it was good but my burger meat had no seasonings, not even salt and pepper. It was just a hunk of meat, very disappointing. The server didn't know her beer list, there were beers being served (draft and cans) that weren't listed on the menu and she didn't know to recite them. The draft beer list is pathetic. Guys, you need to rethink your draft choices! You are carrying some very badly brewed beers, we have so many great choices now- get with the program! I thought I would get the Weds. night special and have a relaxing martini for $5, but the vodka being used was some house brand I had never heard of, while I saw Titos and Absolute sitting on the shelf. Who wants a would be headache from cheap vodka? Oh well, we learned a lesson, things change and now we need to find a new...
