I used to shop at this store a lot and spent thousands of money at Homegoods. But today I experienced unhappy shopping experiences. I tried to return a wall decoration which I brought last week. I had my receipt with me and the product I return are in the original condition. The cashier first said they can't recognize this product, said the product description in their system is different from the one I return. And then she called their manager. When their manager came she is rude and said the same things plus said the product is damage and cannot be returned. I felt humiliated by them and be treated unfairly. I have my receipt and everything and still cannot get back my money ! It's not my fault that their system can't recognize the product ! It's their fault ! If they don't trust me they can check their store camera. The details of when I bought their product is on the receipt. And their manager is so rude. And hear a lot of other people complaints about the store manager. Homegood should be shame on their damage system and incompetent store manager. As a longterm Homegood customer, this experiences hurt me so bad and will think twice next time when I'm planning return to...

Today I spent an hour and one half shopping for the perfect gift until I found a dominos set. After standing in a long holiday line I found out the the item had two prices on it. One price showed $19.99 and the other was $12.99. The cashier rung up the item for $12.99 then told me to hold for a moment because there was two prices on it. The manager (Ray) told her to charge me the price, which was higher. After hearing this the cashier stated, didn’t you see the higher price? I told her I did indeed see the higher price, but after seeing the lower price I assumed it was on sale. (Just like any other place i shop) I asked to speak with the manager and he said he could not give it to me for the lower marked price. I then asked why there was a lower price on it. He stated that he did not know and the way it is placed on the merchandise did not look like they placed it there. I guess he was implying that I must have put it there. I was pretty upset and embarrassed because people were watching and it caused a scene. I’m sure people thought I placed the sticker on there as well. Just bought a new house in Georgia and this is my go to store OMG I love the store. I was greeted with smiles as soon as I entered the door. This store is so organized and it has everything. If you’re not focused, you’ll walk out with the whole store and came in to buy one item.One of the store associates by the name of Amber helped me with the majority of my shopping. She had great ideas for decorating she put items together that I never thought about. . I asked her how long has she been working for this store? I really tried to steal her away to come to work for me. I didn’t know at the time she was a supervisor until I got to the register and asked about her.
